After my old phone system failed to work beyond a 10 foot radius, my service provider recommended the Vtech. It is working great so far. I especially like the ability to regulate the volume since I have a hearing loss.

These phones were compatable with the older version that we had purchased or 4 years ago. The product is great, but this site is not. It keeps asking for a different name because the one I chose has already been taken.

Had new existing system with 3 handsets. Wanted to get another to keep in the garage. Perfect price.

Easy setup to 'match' it to the original, as Handset 2. I would not recommend it to a friend, unless the friend has the base unit and also has a need for an extension. Duh. lol Might be a good backup if the battery is dead on Handset 1.

I purchased a VTech phone a year or so ago to replace a terrible cordless phone by another big name maker. The VTech never disappointed! I found that the base unit would support up to 4 additional handsets, so now I have them peppered all around the house. It has a great paging feature so it's easy to call upstairs from the basement, or to carry a handset with me so I can be paged from the house. Each handset gives you access to voice mail, missed calls information and allows you to do pretty much anything with the remote handset you can do with the base set. I wish I would have discovered all of this sooner!

This phone handset added to my system with no problem. Works great. I'm pleased with this product.

I lost a phone to replace the same one. It was an easy connectivity to dock station. Con: None

like the quiet mode setting feature. The microphone for speaking into should be larger, if the phone is moved the slightest bit, people have trouble hearing you. Otherwise, nice little phone -
