Purchased this phone to replace and update my old V-Tech model and am very happy with it. Set up was fast and easy and I really like the features on this model, especially the bluetooth headset and audio caller ID announcement so I can hear who's calling without running for the phone. Would recommend for all ages and households.

I really like this phone package. However, it clearly states in to parts of the description on the website that this phone is "wall mountable". However, it does not come with any wall mount hardware or any way in which to mount it. Spoke with tech support who agreed the description should be changed, so hopefully they will update that. Other than that, it is a nice little multi-line system.

These phones are just OK. I had them for about 3 years before they gave up. The corresponding headset is built poorly and will break within the first several uses.

upgrade; very pleased with earlier model. disappointed with battery life, otherwise very satisfied.

The headset broke on my first phone and the headset on this new one has a high pitch at times. If only I could get one that is right, it would be great. I love the ease of walking arond handsfree and being able to not have a phone at my ear. They just need to get the headset right.

Get's the job done...good sound quality. Headset quality is poor, needs improvement.

When I look for a phone the big thing for me personally is how it feels on my shoulder with out holding it with hands and how it feels against my ears and my face. I can not stand phones that you put up to your face and they have buttons sticking out. Since I am a multitasking when I talk on the phone my hands are never free to just hold on to the receiver. Other than that the phone has a great reception and it looks good.

I wish the directory was easier to pull up numbers for quick dialing, maybe I'm not using it to it's full capabilities. Heck, I'm a guy so I didn't read any directions. overall a good phone

I'll start by saying that I use my phone a lot. I do NOT own a cell phone so this phone is my main source of communication. I was a little concerned about the headset because of all the negative reviews, but it actually functions quite well. The sound is great and the mic works well too. It works far better than my name brand blue-tooth earpiece for my PC/PS3. My only complaint about the headset at first was the fitment. The wrap around the ear pieces don't hold it too tight so if you plan on using it while jumping around it probably won't work for you. I use it constantly while on the computer, doing house chores, or cooking and it works great. The lose fit took some getting used to but I actually have grown to prefer it because it doesn't start to hurt, even after a few hours of wearing it. For those who do plan on using it while practicing acrobatics there is a over the head style attachment like a typical call center style headset would have, but it does need to be removed prior to charging the headset. It also comes with varied sizes for the ear buds and the ear braces so it can fit all the members of your household. The handsets work very well under normal use but the speakerphone sounds likes it's slightly distorted when at higher volumes unless you adjust the equalizer to have no bass. This may not be a huge concern since it's just a phone, not an audio system. Also, the headset eliminates most of the need for a speakerphone. The interface is very easy to use and with light up buttons it's easy to navigate through menus. The size of the handsets is just right, large enough to hold to your ear with a shoulder, yet small enough to carry in a back pocket if your out in the yard or something. The battery life is pretty consistent, 6-7 hours when in moderate range from the base. I also like the way it looks and feels. Negatives- there are not many ring tones to choose from. There is only 50 phone book contacts that can be stored. There is no voice dialing for the headset. The biggest negative to me is the short recording time for messages, if you have voice-mail through your phone company then this is not a concern for you. After 3 weeks, I am very satisfied with this phone and would recommend it to anyone, especially those who like the option of a hands free phone. I have tried 2 other brands that include the headset, 1 of which was more expensive. I am glad I decided to give this one a chance!

It's a great package! You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars for a wireless headset. My wife loves the headset! It has great range, so she can roam around the house, talk on the phone, and get other things done.

This phone is great for home or business. It store numbers and it comes with 4 portable phones. If this is not enough, i don't know what-else.

I'll start with the good stuff. I like the feel of the handsets, the color and layout. The buttons are clear, the menu is friendly. The push-to-talk intercom works great. The speaker phone is clear, the person on the other line can never tell that I have them on speaker phone. The clip on the headset where the ear piece clips in was poorly made. I have only worn it a few times, and I decided I wanted to try a different ear holder, and the clip broke. Called Vtech and they said that it was indeed poor manufacturing. They are sending me a replacement at no cost (except shipping the old one to them). They said the replacement has been made of better plastic so that it doesn't break as easily. Once I get the replacement I'll write an update.

The sound quality on this phone is superb from my use. It has a good range and I really like the fact that it comes with an ear piece as I hate holding a phone to my ear. As I stated it is a bit uncomfortable but I have not tried the other loops yet which could improve the feel. I like the audible caller ID. I can pick up messages from the menu settings without having to be at the main base. A little hard to get through the menu settings as in knowing what to click for what you need BUT it would probably help if i read the manual. :-) All in all I think this is a great phone.

The feature that put this one over the top for me was the earpiece for hands free operation. I've used it and like it. I do a lot of house work and construction and I like being able to work and talk. The clarity of vocals through the phone and ear piece is excellent. The buttons for answering and muting are conveniently located. The design of the phone is very nice. and the ringer is loud. I have a large home and can hear it through out on both phone sets. I have not used the answering system to much due to cell phone usage and voice mail, but I tried it and it does work. I'm not sure what needs to be said about that feature. All in all, I like this setup. The only thing I can't tell you is how long it will last. I had this for six months, only time will tell.

This phone is just ok, not any greater than the phone I replaced. It is very light weight, which makes me wonder about it's durability; only time will tell. The number keys are nice and big and light up. The mute/delete, menu, talk and off buttons are not as easy to see; they are hard to read if you are in a dim room. For a small screen the numbers and letters are large enough to see and I have poor vision. The hands free ear peice is not so great; it does not fit my ear and keeps falling out, so I do not use it which is a shame because this would have been a great feature for me. The cradles are are so light weight that when I try to replace the extension phone, it moves and is not stable. My husband thinks it's great. He said the buttons are large enough that he does not hit the buttons around the one is intending to push; great feature for large hands. Overall it is an ok purchase, I would not buy it again, but my husband thinks it is the best phone we have purchased.

This is a great product. I chosen to buy this product because of the headset feature. I was initially little worried after reading the reviews about the headset. But mine worked just fine. Instead of using the ear band, i am using the headband for the headset. This makes the piece firmly attach to ear while talking. I have been using the headset for a month, no issues at all. The handsets also work fine. It would have been nice if the handset key pad gets illuminated while in dark. But the key pad goes dark and it makes hard to chose options while using this piece at nights. Hence the 4 star rating, otherwise i would have given a 5 star. overall, it's a very good purchase. This is ideal for someone working from home. I already recommended this product to my brother and he purchased it immediately.

This phone is sleek looking, clear, great value for the price.....I read reviews on the previous versions concerning the headset and it looks as if Vtech heard what you all had to say...they have made a new and improved headset.......caught it on sale with a $20 coupon and reward certificates, love rewardzone....Overall this is a good phone system....

This phone is a nice phone for large homes and I purchased additional handsets to set around the house. It's an okay phone for the price and has a very loud ringer, which is great when I'm outside. The range is good, but I found it a little pricey and setup was tedious
