Not very user friendly. Feels cheap. For the same price, you can buy a a kid's tablet that they can enjoy more and use easily.

Difficult to download apps. No you tube kids app.

Was unable to add Netflix and other apps and my daughter did not play with it at all. Purchased a fire tablet and she enjoys it

Nice Toy ... Best Buy Sucks

Shortly after my daughter started using it, it quit working. So an almost $100 toy worked for all of one day and Best Buy doesn't accept returns. VTech replaced it so I'm happy with the toy but I won't purchase from Best Buy again.

dosnt work out of the box
