    A very awkward size - larger than a cellphone, smaller than a tablet. Not very user friendly. Feels cheap. For the same price, you can buy a a kid's tablet that they can enjoy more and use easily.

    Very slow, Couple seconds time lapse between hitting button and results on screen which makes my three year old lose interest. Difficult to download apps. No you tube kids app.

    Initially thought I would be able to get other apps along with what came on the tablet. Was unable to add Netflix and other apps and my daughter did not play with it at all. Purchased a fire tablet and she enjoys it

    This was purchased at the end of Oct. 2019 as a Christmas gift so it was not taken out of the box until December 25, 2019. Shortly after my daughter started using it, it quit working. So an almost $100 toy worked for all of one day and Best Buy doesn't accept returns. VTech replaced it so I'm happy with the toy but I won't purchase from Best Buy again.

    This device is good working nice , but I returned it because this device with the Apps will coast you alot of money there's no free Apps , my advice go buy Amazon kids tablet or Galaxy kids tab it's cheaper, more App and games

    Terrible purchase, had issue after issue with getting the online learning lodge to work and the camera doesn’t work less than 1 month after purchase.

    it has a white screen out of the box. i bought the black one from walmart and it works fine. but i bought the pink one from best buy and now i have to take it back

    My son loved it initially, but the first time we went to charge it, it fully charged and I went to unplug it and the charger came apart in the phone.
