The actual brand replacement batteries was an awesome find at Bestbuy. The batteries that were replaced were in plain white coverings. Our home phone work great and to think I was just about to throw the phones away.

I purchased this battery when my house phone stopped working. I replaced the old battery with this new one and the phone immediately worked properly. I have 3 house phones and this is the second time I’ve had to replace a battery. It’s an excellent product.

I was in 4 different stores, trying to find this battery! One store had the battery, but was WAY out of the ballpark, with their price! Somebody mentioned, go to Best Buy. Am I glad I did! They not only had the exact battery, I needed, but the price was 3 times less than what the first store I went to, wanted for the same battery! That's not all, when I went into the store, a very pleasant gal greeted me, at the door. She not only took me to the place in the store, where the battery was located, but she said, let me put it in your phone for you! I brought my phone along, to make sure, I was buying the right battery for my phone. She also introduced me to other products, that might be of use to me. She also signed me up, to keep me informed, on merchandise, that might be of interest, to me, in the form of emails. Maybe this a long story, of my experience at Best Buy, but the point I am making, is the SERVICE, I was getting for buying a 10.00 item! Wouldn't you go back to the store again, if it was you?

I was happy Best Buy still had this battery for my older landline phone. The gentleman who helped me was excellent; very friendly and helpful and even put the battery in for me. I thanked him and he said he was the Store Manager. Excellent service any time I visit this store.

Fits perfectly and arrived quickly. Great replacement battery.

Phone is now holding a charge! I guess that's all I needed.

Have a great AT & T portable phone system at home. Has worked great for years, started dropping calls or not answering. Was about to throw it away and buy a new system and saw these batteries while shopping at BB. Bought them on a whim and low and behold, my phone system works like new. If these batteries last 7 years like the original ones, I’ll be a happy camper.

It fits in and powers the phone. Won't know about durability for years.

I desperately needed this battery ASAP for my hand phone. The Verizon handset is sooo old that I wasn’t sure I’d find it. Thank you, Best Buy, for having this battery on stock :)

We still have a landline and our phones are an olde model. These worked great with our system, quickly recharges. Has no issues and I swear the phone battery is lasting longer with this battery than the previous one.

Reliable battery for various devices. Battery works well in phones lasts about 18 months to two years. Can be a little tricky to install -- small plug. Other similar batteries share this wrinkle.

The Model Numbers listed on the battery matched the model numbers on my AT&T Cordless Home Phones. I have used the same replacement battery for all my AT&T Cordless phones before and they have lasted over a couple of years. The connections and the size are the same.

The battery pack in my landline" V-tech" cordless phone was the original that came with the phone. When using the phone, it would die after "waiting on hold" for several minutes or if left sitting "turned off" on a table instead of in the charging cradle. With the new BEST BUY battery installed, I have no more failures. I can wait on hold for nearly forty-five minutes or longer and leave the phone turned off and not charging on the cradle. Well worth bringing the old battery in, to match up inside the BEST BUY store, to make sure I got a compatible battery. Thanks BB!

This is a specialty battery that I cannot obtain eveywhere. When the Best Buy I was at didn't have this battery on hand the young lady who was assisting me said that she could order the battery and have it shipped to my house without a shipping fee. Win Win!

It is not easy to find cordless phone batteries anymore, so was lucky to find this one. It fit and my sales person, Derek and or Darren, I think was his name, was most helpful. Ironically, I could get the entire extension phone for the same price but you have to order it online, which I am sick of by now.

I didn’t want to replace my home phones since they were in good shape but the battery kept dying quickly. Ordered these batteries, waited months to write a review so I can see how long they last. They are great long lasting batteries for a great price!
