I originally bought this a year ago but the usb wasn’t staying in the monitor so geek squad refunded me all my money. I bought one that was more expensive and had WiFi. I also needed one for that night so I was in a rush. I ended up returning it for this one because I liked it a lot and realized how good it actually was. There is no lag, video is clear even at night. We put it on his wall above his bed and I can see his eyes blinking when he is falling asleep. It’s very easy to use the up and down or side to side buttons. The only con is that the monitor dies within 5 hours so I just keep it plugged in and ready. I recommend this monitor. *perfect for my son who has special needs. I couldn’t live without it.

Great features. Only down fall is the temp sensor is not really accurate. It reads lower than the actual room temp, so it's not that reliable

This is our first time using a baby video moniter so after many reviews of different types and models we went with this one and overall we have been pleased with the vtech. Picture quality is okay but sometimes it lags a bit but not terribly and the night vision is good. Only thing con about this product is 2 red lights that show on the baby unit when night vision is on which can be a tad bit creepy for babes . What I like about this product is how it pans and tilts so I can watch babes while he's playing with his brother. All in all I would recommend this camera .

Nifty little unit. Volume is sensitive, and the video, while not exactly HD, is very good, and has a nice zoom feature.. Battery doesn't last forever, but it comes with AC adapter and we leave it plugged in most of the time. Works all over the house, can even take the video outside and it works flawlessly. Recommend highly, especially for the price. A+

We love this monitor! Favorite features include: moving ability of the device from the monitor, ability to speak through the device via the monitor, being able to see and hear.

I have already done a review and at first it was fine, I was happy and excited to have a video camera after just having the audio one but a few months later I absolutely hate it! The picture lags and is always blurry and very grainy. it doesn’t always pick up the sounds right away so My baby will be crying for a few minutes before my moniter picks up the sound ( even when turned up). Another thing I hate about it is the screen is so bright! So if u have to turn up the sensitivity so you can actually hear your baby , in the middle of the night the bright screen turns on every little noise and creek ! I’m sad I have to keep this one because I would definitely return if it was an option! I am a review junky so I thought I did my homework as far as moniters goes but I would 100% not reccomnend this moniter , especially for the price. Do not waste your money!

Bought this for communication between our detached garage and home. Video good, night vision good, speaker/sound could be a little louder but considering this is mostly for a nursery, it is fine.

Range is above average for sure. We were able to take the monitor to the beach from our beach house on vacation with no problem! Also fun to watch what our twin rascals are doing!

I had to adjust the volume settings so I could hear, but once I figured that out it has been smooth sailing

I purchased the video monitor as a baby gift and the charger is broken after 8 months. I read the reviews prior to purchasing but I’m very disappointed. The images on the monitor are fuzzy as well.

Very clear view on the monitor and it's nice to be able to move the camera around to see the entire room.

It broke....called Vtech for support....wanted me to buy a new one. Because they didn't make my model anymore, I would have to purchase a whole new brand. No thanks! No more VTech for me!

This baby monitor has very clear picture and sound. My baby is very safe in a different room.
