    My daughter wanted the Wacom - Cintiq 13HD Interactive Pen Display for her 21st birthday. Once she got it, it difficult for the system to work and after 3 weeks she had to clean the hard drive and start from scratch. That ended up working and once it was running, she has no issues and likes the ability to make pictures. Not an intuitive tool and fortunately she's an engineer.

    Has not worked since day 1. Calling Wacom constantly with no resolve. Most times voice mail is full. Went back to best buy and they won't take it back because we waited too long. My son works a couple hours a week and saved for this piece of junk.

    bought this for my 13 year old daughter to help her with her drawings, she loves it, so do i, i have had no problems with it what so ever and she adapted to it like she knew what she was doing from the get go.
