    The Wagan Tech website had an email address and phone number for customer service, but the Wagan Tech customer service seems non-existent! I ordered a replacement DC Power Adapter for the PowerDome, but they shipped me instead an AC power adaptor. Over the last 10 days I've emailed 3 times and left phone messages asking how to return the AC charging cord for the correct product, the DC charging cord. No reply from Wagan Tech's customer (dis)service.
