Not user friendly

It is incredibly difficult to put up and take down. I really loved it when I got it to work tho and very disappointed it broke while taking it down. Please make this user friendly in the future.

Hard to close No instructions

It was hard to close, no instructions on how to close it or how to set it up. It ended up breaking one of the handles. I want a refund for this and would like to know how to go about and doing so.

If I had my receipt I would totally ask for a refund!! The flimsy plastic rods bent and broke with the very first use.
