I bought this desk back in July 2022. It was easy to assemble up until the holes were not big enough for the screws. Eventually, my son and I came up with a solution to get the screws to fit. We finally assembled the desk and turned out to be pretty sturdy. It was beautiful! Fast forward to today, September 2023. On September 13..a little after a year of having this desk, it shattered!!! It shattered in the middle of the night out of nowhere. Woke the whole house with a loud crash. I had a laptop and a 2nd monitor on the desk. I'm so happy I was not using it at the time. It was so much glass. Luckily, the glass kind of fell in one area. I filled two trash bags with glass. Also, let me not forget to mention. My 2nd monitor was damaged as well.

What a piece of junk. The ball bearing fell out the first week. Now the slide out sticks and wobbles.

The desk is visually appealing, which is why I made this purchase. Assembly was confusing, specifically the sliding keyboard drawer, which ultimately would not stay attached to its housing. In my opinion the design of the desk is flawed because it is not stable (sways from side to side) with this motion being the primary reason why the keyboard tray keeping falling apart. Stability bars might help but the freestanding design of the keyboard tray needs to be addressed. To make matters worst, when I went to return it I was not allowed a refund because it was beyond the 14 day grace period. This was surprising to me since the grace period started the day I purchased it online and included the nearly one week delivery time. This meant I had to immediately assemble the desk, discover it was not working properly and arrange to return it to the Best Buy near my home. As an older person this was very inconvenient since I did not anticipate returning it. Nevertheless I would not recommend this product because it is very poorly crafted.

When I opened box the entire desk was shattered and best buy would not replace or refund.

I seriously do not understand how this currently has a 4 star review! Because of its cheap metal construction, the frame acts like a spring. So every time you type on the keyboard it not only shakes from side to side (along with the monitor which is super anoying) but also keeps shaking for a few seconds (again, like a spring). Its a decent looking desk but do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY. Received mine today and already took it apart for returning.

fully assembled with every screw, nut & bolt, still wobbles like a drunken cat. Luckily this is just a backup desk and won't see much use. Still a waste of 50 bucks

This by far is a piece of crap received it and decided to put together it is not the most secure thing I also noticed one of the clips where the keyboard glass sits on was broken off overall for the price it was okay words of wisdom pay a little bit more get yourself something better returning this item

Missing hardware and holes not lining up. I would not buy again

I returned this. I rate Best Buy return policy 10/10 no mess no fuss BUT I did not like this product. Wobbly, cheap, felt like it was going to fall apart if I put even 10 lbs on it.

Not saying it’s my fault but it wobbles. Not a fan.

While the desk is attractive, it is flimsy and poorly constructed.

Cheap weak and flimsy. I regret buying it. It bends in all directions.

The metals parts are really flimsy would like to return asap

The parts to this item is very poorly made. Light weight and feels cheap. The keyboard part didn’t assemble correctly because a part inside of one of the pieces was sticking out and you could tell it’s not supposed to be like that. Overall, besides the glass, the quality is not great.

Terrible desk. A mess of a package to start. Took hours just to vacuum all the little glass fibers from the package. Once put together, its like a balancing act because the table is so unstable. It looks ok in the corner but not something thats very usable. I would return, but the thought of trying to take this thing apart is like getting a colon exam. Cheap price for a cheap desk.

I would not recommend as it is too weak. I don't know why this is no quality products that will just go back to the store.
