We had Best Buy assemble it at our condo because of negative reviews about assembly. Went together smoothly with no problems. I purchased 4 Kenneth Cole crates that fit the shelves, they hold all our DVDs, controllers and much more. Had the 50 in TV mounted in the corner right above it and it's the perfect size for the TV stand ... my husband and I both love it!

Design flaw

They are too flimsy and bend under the weight of just my TV on the first day of ownership highly doubt it will last getting returned. stay away from this TV stand.

My husband loves it because he is tall and its style is masculine somewhat. It took me about 3 hours to build by myself, but I was also watching movies. Some of the screws would not go in all of the way, and the top didn't want to lay flush so I didn't add some of the attachment screws it needed. This is to be expected when you purchase cheap furniture. Also, the legs are fragile and can bend easily, so don't drag on carpet, lift and move. Thats why 4 starts.

great cabinet with 1 little flaw

The color is great & it fits nicely in the exact corner I needed it for. The only problem with the item is that when you try to move it the legs bend. They should be thicker or have more of them. Unless you physically pick up the cabinet to move it and you try dragging across the floor instead the legs will bend. They can easily be put back into position but for this price they should be sturdier.
