I recommend this version of the show, every aspect of the package is excellent and well worth the cost!

The show is fantastic! That's all that really needs to be said about that. Instead, I'd like to focus on what makes this version so "special". The Blu-ray copy included with this is exactly the same as the regular special edition without the mask. I bought the non-mask edition first, but ultimately broke down, spent the extra $30 & got this. Boy, am I glad I did! The mask is AWESOME!! It is lightweight, form fitting & as realistic as you can get seeing as zombies don't actually exist...This thing scared my daughter several times. For me, this set was definitely worth the extra money to get the mask! But, if you have no interest in the mask, save yourself some money & opt for the standard special edition.

This series is much more than a horror story. I've never been much for Zombies, but this show just draws you in and doesn't let go! The acting, story, effects, and cinematography are amazing! After each show ended I craved to see the next episode. If it weren't for sleep and work, I could have just blown through the entire season in one sitting!

This is a really nice box set for any walking dead fan. The packaging leaves something to be desired since its made out of a thin cardboard (I think tin would have been a nice touch). The bonus mask is amazing and fit perfectly. Overall I think it was a great purchase for the price.

No doubt any zombie or horror fan will have seen this series, and if not, it should be tops on your list. Excellent quality all around, except for the BB exclusive aspect. Originally this was to be housed in a collectible tin, and thus, the premium price #the standard 3 disc LE is much cheaper elsewhere#. Instead, Anchor Bay and BB give us a rubber mask and a thin outer cardboard box. Not much of a collectible. Sorry, BB, love the exclusives you've had over the years, but this one is the pits.

Its hard to believe this was made for TV every episode was cinima quality, excellent story, acting & directing. This story is amazingly engrossing and doesn't hold back the violence you would expect in this type of story. I cannot wait for the next season.

I had been reading the comics so I knew what this was all about. I was, at first, disappointed that throw-away characters were added, but I got over it with the main characters' awesome acting. Anyone who hasn't read the comics- you're in for such an amazing series that will have you so enveloped in the characters' world that you will feel every emotion that they feel. The exclusive collectible itself was disappointing, though. Save yourself the $5/$15 and get the 3-disc BD/DVD version. I personally don't think the mask, card, and box were worth the difference in price. I would recommend the series to a friend in a heartbeat, but not this version of it.

This collector's edition is great. The show itself is fantastic and is one of the best shows on tv. The special features are cool and so are the zombie mask and trading card. The disappointment is that it is not a tin like it was labeled when I ordered it.

This is the hardest to find Limited Edition Walking Dead Box Set there is. If you find it BUY IT!!!!!

I love the comics, love the show, and love the extras included.
