While I do recommend this product...I can only give 4 stars because every time I flip the top back down after pouring the water in...water leaks out from the back and or bottom somewhere. Not much water but enough to have to wipe up after I move the maker back under my cabinet. Other than that...it works great!

It is very quick for not having a heating element, and it makes as good of tasting coffee as our Ninja that is being replaced after only a year.
