First one ordered came defective (one of the lights didn't work) and was returned to a Best Buy store without any fuss. The second one worked as expected. Different batters result in a different crispiness level, so once you find the batter of your choice, the Waffles will come out great every time. Clean-up is not so bad, but if you decide to add any fresh berries to the batter, you'll be spending 10 minutes cleaning all the grooves with a Q-tip.

This was a xmas gift for my husband. He looked at the box for awhile then asked if I could still take it back. :(. 24 hrs later , the box is not only opened , but there's a smell of waffles all thru the house. Lol. He now LOVES this waffle maker !!! 2 waffles at once means we eat together. Yay. Love the timer when they're done. He is also now the only one in charge of cooking the waffles !! Great purchase. !!

We had an old waffle maker when I decided to get this one. Nice, nice product. can do 2 waffles at once, which means we get to eat together. Idiot proof, so i can use it!

This is a very sturdy unit and feels like a professional grade unit. The dual siding makes a big difference when trying to get everyone eating at the same time. Temp control seems to work well for our uses and it cleans up easy. Only con is that it may be a bit heavy for some people.

I don't think you could find a better waffle maker out there. The waffles come out perfect every single time. All you have to do is find the right temp setting for your desired crispness and the beeps and lights guide you right through. I could not be more pleased with a purchase than I am with this one.

Nice Belgium waffle maker. Not great due to inconsistent cooking/browning. Overall you'll get pretty good waffles but you must be very diligent in amount of mix you use and timing, especially if you use the dual waffle function. Not the set it and forget it accessory I thought it was. I would recommend it but with caveats.

It's really easy to use and to clean when you're done. Great at cooking multiple waffles in a short period of time, so you can sit down while the waffles are still hot. The waffles can be a bit difficult to pry loose if you don't fill the mold completely. The biggest drawback is the price, but I think it's worth the expense.

This waffle maker makes excellent waffles! The only thing is that occasionally the top waffle iron pops open a little when it should stay closed. Otherwise we'll built product. I've made them 4 times now and everyone devours them up!

Making 2 waffles at once really comes in handy. The temp settings make perfect waffles a breeze! Easy clean up as well

In my opinion pro grade. You select what waffle texture you like best. Light golden and fluffy or darker with a crunch. 'The measuring cup provided with the machine accurately measures out just the right amount. Easy to use just fill her up, close the cover and wait for the light to come back on. I use a waffle release spray so clean up is a breeze. My family loves this machine. If i mix up the batter my kids love making their own breakfast waffles.

My kids were hounding me to get them there own waffle maker and I didn't want to buy some cheap thing that only looked good but didn't deliver. I am always willing to pay a little extra for quality. The Waring does not disappoint. It is as good as what you find in the restaurants without the price. And with this model both kids are satisfied at the same time. Easy to use, very easy to clean. Waffles for all. More cooked or less, you decide.

This was a Mother's Day gift and my Mom loves it! It makes thick, evenly browned waffles & it's fun to flip the handle.

My ten year old grandson loves waffles and loves to cook. He has been making waffles for breakfast for the whole family every weekend since this waffle maker arrived. A ten year old can make perfect waffles with this every time. Making two at a time is great when you are cooking for seven people!

Had no problem making terrific tasting waffles. Very easy to use and to clean up. Makes excellent thick Belgian style waffles. Heats up quickly. Option of making two waffles at a time is a awesome as I can quickly sit down and enjoy breakfast with my wife.

I love this waffle maker. Makes two at once and cooks them perfectly. We have started making waffles every weekend since this purchase. Nonstick surface makes for easy cleaning and it came with a measuring cup that gives you the perfect amount of batter to pour in the grids so there is no over flow of batter.

Cleaning more difficult than stated, not as deep as I had thought but I bought it for omelets have not tried waffles yet which in sure would be good.
