Excellent waffle maker
First one ordered came defective (one of the lights didn't work) and was returned to a Best Buy store without any fuss. The second one worked as expected. Different batters result in a different crispiness level, so once you find the batter of your choice, the Waffles will come out great every time. Clean-up is not so bad, but if you decide to add any fresh berries to the batter, you'll be spending 10 minutes cleaning all the grooves with a Q-tip.

Best waffle maker ever
This was a xmas gift for my husband. He looked at the box for awhile then asked if I could still take it back. :(. 24 hrs later , the box is not only opened , but there's a smell of waffles all thru the house. Lol. He now LOVES this waffle maker !!! 2 waffles at once means we eat together. Yay. Love the timer when they're done. He is also now the only one in charge of cooking the waffles !! Great purchase. !!

best waffles ever!
We had an old waffle maker when I decided to get this one. Nice, nice product. can do 2 waffles at once, which means we get to eat together. Idiot proof, so i can use it!
