The guys that installed the washer were great. They were fast. They knew exactly what to do. They pointed out damage on the original washer that was delivered, so I had to order a new one. They installed the replacement quickly and tested it to make sure it worked.

I highly recommend the install service. They were polite and did everything that was promise plus. It was a very good experience which have not had with other companies.

The delivery crew was more than competent in the performance of their job. They removed the old washer and then installed the new washer. The installation was on the second floor with a difficult corner to maneuver. Just an excellent job. WELL DONE!!!

The team from bb arrived on time also notified me along the way Took the correct precautions due to coronavirus The install was quick and correct. Tested the machine and went through the manual for me highlighting maintenance and procedures and warranty info. Great job we love our lg wt7300 machine.

Installers were fast and helpful. They called with the scheduled time frame and set up my washer giving me a quick overview of how everything worked.

The crew was simply awesome. They showed up prepared and ready to work. They were friendly friendly, informative, and collaborative during install as far as identifying any possible issues or special needs regarding the equipment and the space. Very helpful and everything seems to still be working and intact.

The washer installation went very smooth and quick from Bestbuy. The technicians who came know how to do their job and were friendly and explained the functions with a demo. So it was helpful when we did the washing and drying by ourselves. We are very satisfied with the service.

The two men who came to install the washer were super nice and so respectful of our home. Took extra care when coming down the stairs and up the stairs with the new and old one. The new washer is quiet and very nice. Has a lot of different settings too!
