Knowledgeable and efficient! Came during time frame and even called when they were a few minutes away! Very helpful!

The two Geek Squad installers were very careful, seemed both knowledgeable and professional. After the installation I washed a load of clothing and there was a terrible racket that was unacceptable during the wash cycle. I discovered that they had installed the supply hoses without any attempt to uncoil them resulting in them banging against the washer which was causing the noise. I called him and he advised that they could not be straightened out because they were coiled that way by the manufacturer. I said that was unacceptable. I simply disconnected the hoses and uncoiled them with no problem and reconnected them. This corrected the problem.

The two men who installed my washer were in and out in under an hour. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. What more could you ask for.

Best Buy sent the machine to be installed and removed the old machine for $25. They were careful and started the machine to ensure everything was hooked up properly.

Technicians did a good job installing the washing machine and addressing questions that I had. First question they asked had to do with mask wearing and safety. I appreciated that.

Delivery window was updated on a regular basis. Delivery was on time. Glad I had them take my old appliance. Delivery team was careful with my new appliance and respectful of my home. Very knowledgeable about my new appliances.

The team who showed up for the installation gave us a heads up call and an even second one when we requested 5 minutes to put away our dogs. They were very professional and friendly. They were also very quick with the installation

The guys who set everything up were awesome. They worked fast, efficently, and went above and beyond to set everything up.

Washer installation went quickly with no problems. Technicians were good at cleaning up after. Would have loved a little more info on working new machine instead of there’s your books.

The guys that came to install the washer we're very professional and efficient. They gave me a call when they were arriving, when they were at the gate, and with the wasp community I live that forcuses us to never block a drive way and (sorry guys) they even carried the washer all the way from the parking lot to my door.

After moving into my new home with no washer, I was extremely worried on installing the one I bought from Bestbuy. The installers were extremely professional and I do not have any problems with the system today.

The installation took less than 15 minutes. No Joke! Two guys brought the new machine in using body harnesses and before I could close the door they were coming up with the old machine. I walked down the stairs, one guy doing a “water fill” test. I just laughed. He showed me the basic and I signed off on the delivery.

Had to be on top of these guys. They were professional and cleaned up however its in the details. The washing machine was not 100% level. I had to point this out and don't fell that I as the customer should have to tell them that something so obvious is wrong.

Our boiler was damaged due to negligence and improper installation by this installer. What should have been a straightforward washer installation turned into a serious and costly issue. Because of their errors, the washer had to be replaced three (3) times. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and disruption—problems that could have been completely avoided with proper workmanship. Fortunately, we had insurance coverage. Without it, we would have been left paying out of pocket for damage caused solely by the installer’s lack of care and competence. This experience reflects a concerning lack of attention to detail and accountability. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution and consider alternative providers, especially for installations involving water connections and major appliances.

Installers were fast and efficient, They did a great job.

The two guys took the old washer out and got the new one installed. They were so glad to see the easy ground floor location. The more experienced delivery guy provided an excellent orientation to the new washer. He included some extra helpful tips too. They were also on time.

The two gentlemen unhooked & removed both washer & dryer, changed out the pedestals so we didn't have to purchase new ones, and installed the new machines without any issues. Equipment was fully tested and they cleaned up all packaging, all in less than an hour. Great Job!!

Unlike my dryer installation, my washer was done right the first time. This was a positive experience with the 3rd party installation team. Although they left me without a dryer, the washer installation was smooth and the washer worked correctly from day one.

The gentlemen that came to install the new dryer were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently to get the job done correctly and as fast as possible.
