Delivery team did a quick and efficient job connecting new washer, removing old one, and explaining how the washer works. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I bought several appliances from Best Buy for a house I bought in Arizona. Delivery and installation was included so .....I used them. Once the washer was installed they ran it to make sure everything was working. I later found the manual and a detergent sample in a bag inside the washer. Even with this glitch I gave the guys a great rating.

10/10 they came in, did the job. Helped with all questions. Made sure i knew what was what.

Very impressed with delivery received a call the day my purchase was delivered the driver informed me that they were 15mins away they showed up on time came straight in with my washer set everything up and made sure it worked and I was satisfied and they were right back out the door with no mess very professional and friendly. The workers were very efficient in removing my old washer and installing the new machine. The new washing machine is working just like I had hoped it would.

Installation was set for 9am and two guys were so efficient that they were done in 20 minutes!! A test wash was given and everything was checked out for total completeness of installation. These dedicated guys were on top of their game and should be given an extra bonus, or a paid VACA day!! They made BestBuy look Good!!!!!

Took delivery guy only about 10 minutes to hook the new washer up and set it in place. Even checked level of old dryer next to it for me.

A problem with our pipes meant the installers had to return after we had had the pipe connection replaced. They did a fine job with the installation.
