We purchased the delivery and removal package for our LG w/d set and couldn't be more pleased. The folks in charge of setting up the time/date were efficient and made sure we were prepared for delivery. The two-man crew that came to the house were professional, qualified, and careful with our wood floors. I wanted to donate the dryer to someone that could use it, {still operational}, so the team were happy to place it on the porch instead of taking it away. They ran the machine for me after installation and it works great, it's balanced and there's no leaks.

Our installers were gracious, quick, and understanding given our plumber had not yet arrived to fix the faulty hot water valve. They were willing to temporarily turn off the water to the house so they could install washer without a mess.

The install was fantastic! The crew came in, got the washer installed with no issue, and was out. They were very polite, cordial, and I enjoyed having them in my home. 10/10, would absolutely have them back.

I bought this washer two weeks before thanksgiving, with the Black Friday price. It can wash more clothes per load than my old one, cleaner, quieter, and energy saver. Overall I am very happy with this product, especially with a very good Black Friday price. The gentlemen who came to deliver and install the washer are also very nice and professional ! Nice experience with Best Buy!

The staff we worked with was awesome. On time, quick, and friendly. Not a lot else needed for an install. Although only one team finished the install, the other team that tried it previously was also excellent. The issue was on our end. Over the whole process we were very impressed with the service we received

Installers on larger appliances work for a vendor that Best Buy contracts with but they did everything right. 1. They called a few minutes before arrival 2. They were careful to not damage or scratch anything 3. Installation was done very quickly 4. They started both machines to verify everything worked 5. They cleaned up behind themselves

Installers were excellent and friendly. They had our old unit out and our new washer installed in a very short time and explained how to operate it and the small clean out door and how often to clean it.

Great Installation! Very professional and quick. They provided me with a 2 hour window, and called shortly before their actual arrival. Smooth delivery and installation. I ordered the product on a Thursday, it was delivered and installed less than 2 days later. I would definitely recommend Best buy installation to everyone.

Great service again by BB. Had a delivery of a new washer scheduled between noon and 4pm. The driver called at 11:45 and said 15 minutes. Removed old washer and hoses, installed new washer and hoses in less that 15 minutes. This crew was delivering 17 loads that day. Professional, courteous and efficient.

The installation of my washing machine was very handled very well. There were phone calls to schedule the arrival. Once there, the guys had to unhook and move the old units. They were quick and efficient as well as friendly and professional. They took a lot of care in unloading and moving the new machines into place. Once installed, they made sure I knew how to use the machine. AND they cleaned up all the mess!!

Great clean install, hoses installed backwards. Install was nice and quick, washer works great. Although I noticed warm water draining during cold cycles, noticed hoses were installed backwards. Other than that, great quick install!
