They did a real good job of installing except for once while problem. They hooked up the water hoses backwards. No biggie and very simple fix. They had to go through quite a lot to get it into the room and they did a wonderful job.

The technicians arrived with everything they needed, were very knowledgable of the product they were installing, and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well!

Great! Highly recommend Best Buy installation. I’ve used delivery and installation several times. That’s why I shop at Best Buy. This time was for a washer and dryer. I also chose to have them take my old units out. So easy.

Delivered in the window as promised. Professional approach and no-nonsense installation of washer and hoses. Fast removal of old machine and they knew what they were doing. Would have liked a slightly slower installation so I could get a bit more familiarity with the machine.

The crew sent to deliver and install my Samsung washer we’re everything I could have hoped for and more! They took care of all the trash associated with packaging and were fast, courteous and detailed in the installation. I was even given a brief demonstration on use and care of the machine! I was amazed at how pleasant an experience it was

Cody and Neal were prompt, kept me updated on the schedule and very efficient in the delivery and installation of my new LG washer and dryer. They were professional and courteous during their visit. Washer and dryer are quiet, capable of handling large loads, have easy to read touch pad screens and look beautiful. I am very pleased with my purchases.

The measure of quality isn't best taken when things go right, but rather when there's what we used to call a Fustercluck. We were advised by the in-home advisor to purchase a specific washer and a specific dryer to replace old units that the prior owner had installed on the main floor when the spouse became ill. The three installation crews that visited us to install the new appliances that barely fit in the available space were composed of truly intelligent, capable, respectful, and delightful craftspeople. Long after I've forgotten that it took more than a week to get everything in place (especially because the original crew had been supplied with the wrong installation kit), I will remember that there were people who were dedicated in their service to us and in their devotion to getting it right, against all the obstacles. The two machines are working great, by the way, and I am grateful for the follow-up conversations that I've had with the customer service crew at Best Buy.

the people who installed our washer were very friendly, courteous, and they stayed to make sure the washer was working correctly. They answered any questions we had, and they actually came early which was great!

This install was great. Notified 24 hours prior with a 4 hour window of install. During the 4 hour period I was kept informed every step of the way until they were traveling to my home for my installation and given approximate arrival time. About 5 x 10 minutes before I was again updated every minute or two. when Turing onto my street I was sent last update and I was able to inform them I was ready and they could pull into driveway to deliver. Installers were knowledgeable and efficient in the ability to quickly install the washer quickly and exactly where I asked. Great workers. They left my home completely clean from start to finish.

Excellent delivery of our new refrigerator and removal of our old one. Technicians arrived on time, did what they were there to do very quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well.

The staff we worked with was awesome. On time, quick, and friendly. Not a lot else needed for an install. Although only one team finished the install, the other team that tried it previously was also excellent. The issue was on our end. Over the whole process we were very impressed with the service we received

Washer install was VERY quick and professional. Showed up ten minutes early and had it all installed in 15 minutes (including unboxing, removing the old one, and hooking everything up). Perfect!!
