We purchased the delivery and removal package for our LG w/d set and couldn't be more pleased. The folks in charge of setting up the time/date were efficient and made sure we were prepared for delivery. The two-man crew that came to the house were professional, qualified, and careful with our wood floors. I wanted to donate the dryer to someone that could use it, {still operational}, so the team were happy to place it on the porch instead of taking it away. They ran the machine for me after installation and it works great, it's balanced and there's no leaks.

Great clean install, hoses installed backwards. Install was nice and quick, washer works great. Although I noticed warm water draining during cold cycles, noticed hoses were installed backwards. Other than that, great quick install!
