easy and quick installation! They were in and out of here in no time.

The two guys that installed my new LG washing machine did a great job, They had to haul out my old front load machine and made quick work of that. They took time to explain a few things about my new machine and made sure it was working properly before they left.

The service people were great and helped us install the washer right away in less than 10 minutes!

They were very fast with the installation and removal. No complaints!

I was hoping to get a review in my email, but I never received it. My old machine was removed, and the new one installed in just about 20min! The guys were timely, quick, neat, clean, and informative. BEST install EVER! I was SUPER impressed, and that’s hard to do.

Professional washer installation in Portland Oregon was nice and professional. They arrived during COVID wearing masks and mopped up after themselves when they caused a spill. The machine itself ran water in/out for about 15 minutes, causing us to think that it was defective, but after some troubleshooting our installers deemed it a boot up error and had us run a few cycles to confirm it was in working order. Overall a pleasant experience, BB modified my order due to delivery delays and messed up the install package (somehow no parts were ordered, despite them being on my order confirmation e-mail, and required for installation service). The installers had spares and were happy to add them in.

Received the washer as scheduled. The installers did an excellent job of removing and replacing the previous washer. The system runs very quiet and performs as expected. Will have to use the system for awhile to see that it performs over time but currently working very well.

The washer install was the best EVER. The guys from PTG logistics were very responsible and professional. They reviewed the area to prepare, took great care of the merchandise from the truck to the house through a tight doorway, gave me inspection time, talked with me about every step, summarized the functionality, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. It was perfect. Very impressive! BB needs this kind of 3rd-party service for every product installation.

Mediocre service. The first time the crew came, we were told to fix the corrosion. We did. 3 days later, a different crew came to install the washer and dryer. They didn’t test anything. They hooked the cold to hot, and hot to cold. They didn’t check to see if it was level. I threw in a load of rags on COLD, and it was washed on SCALDING HOT. Good thing it wasn’t a regular load, as it would have ruined my clothes. I only use cold to wash everything. My husband swapped the hoses. I noticed the machines were not aligned on their bases. So, yet another appointment needed to be made, another 4 days later. Again, a technician came out, leveled the washer, and explained to my husband that the clips needed screws for the washer to secure it. So, I went to the store, ordered the screws, only to get clamps without screws delivered. So, we went back to the store, and the manager gave us screws. Now, I made another appointment for service to get the screws installed . The person told us that only GE washers need screws, that LG doesn’t.

Installers called beforehand with an arrival time. Had the old washer out and new washer in in no time. They were very careful and respectful. Handled the installation quickly and checked to make sure everything was working. They did a great job! Would definitely recommend our delivery/installation guys!

I didn't realize this came from Best Buy - I already reviewed on Samsung.com. But anyway - Install team was excellent, very professional. The entire process took ~20-30 minutes, and the installers gave a brief overview of the appliance. Highly recommend.
