The installation for our washing and dryer was quick and easy! They came in and in as little as 30 minutes they were done and ready to go. They even test the appliances for you to make sure they work and explain how to use them as well.

I could not be more pleased with the geek squad installation. These guys really took the time to make sure the hook things up right and let me know that my dryer and washer were backwards. They took the time to get it right and I really appreciate it! Highly recommend their services

I was happy with my clothes washer installation, the service was quick and the installers ran a test cycle to make sure the product was working at peak efficiency. While the installers were quiet and not the friendliest people, I know they weren't here for socializing.

The washer was installed fairly quickly, the scheduled timeframe was pushed back about 30 mins out of the slotted window but still was don’t quickly and friendly courteous installation was appreciated

The guys were very nice and helpful showing how to use the washer. They were very careful when installing the new washing and taking out the old one. They were a great team!

The technicians were knowledgable and allowed me to clean up the laundry room floor before installing the Washer (and Dryer) and assured all was in working order.

They were so respectful of my home & followed all safety protocols. They even waited for me to clean the floor where my old washer was before they brought the new one in. After installation they started the machine to make sure everything was working properly & let it run for a bit before they left.

The installation was quick. The installers were polite and efficient. Initially, there was an issue installing the product and they were able to detect the cause and provided us with a solution. Once we got that fixed they returned and set the washer up with no issues.

The washer was delivered although it was not working properly. The water was trickling into the machine. I reordered another machine. I had a similar problem with the second machine. I was told to call in a plumber to confirm there was proper flow and water pressure. The plumber confirmed the correct pressure and proper water flow. The plumber charged $108.00. I ordered a third washer and there were no problems. The "Third Time's A Charm". I presented Best Buy with the plumbers invoice and they reimbursed me the full amount. Even though I had problems with the product, Best Buy took responsibility and resolved the problem quickly. Their staff and customer service is excellent!

The installation of the machine was fine, but the coming through on the appointment was disappointing. The carrier canceled the appointment last minute without notice because he thought we didn’t have a stacking kit, so we had to reschedule. Then they called the wrong number and left without notice, so we had to reschedule again. We didn’t feel confident that they would come through until they were actually in our unit installing the machine.
