The installation of the machine was fine, but the coming through on the appointment was disappointing. The carrier canceled the appointment last minute without notice because he thought we didn’t have a stacking kit, so we had to reschedule. Then they called the wrong number and left without notice, so we had to reschedule again. We didn’t feel confident that they would come through until they were actually in our unit installing the machine.

Best Buy installed my washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were very professional and were very careful not to bump the walls when they brought it in and took to the basement. They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer. A big thanks to the gentlemen who performed the installed for Best Buy, they did a Great Job!

Quick install, the ok l installers came in and saw the area and installed quickly took less than 15c minutes to complete

I love the small wash basin for One or two items I can wash without using the tub for a bigger load.

Service people arrived as scheduled. The washer was installed in basement which required them to remove basement door and replace. They were quick and completed everything...replacing basement door, removing the shipping cartons, and explains how to use machine...all with a sincere smile.

The crew was on time and able to bring the new washer in to the basement and was able to remove other washer. Great job and in the time time.

This is my second appliance installation from Best Buy. The first one was for a dryer and this one was for a washer. In both cases, the deliveries were on time and the personnel were very pleasant to deal with. They did a great job installing the appliance quickly and professionally. I wish I remembered their names so that I could give them the credit that they deserve.

I purchased a washing machine so mine could go into my rental unit next door. Installation was free (based on product purchase price) but I paid extra to have them relocate the old washer to my tenant's unit. I am beyond happy with the service I received. They quickly, carefully, and professionally moved both washers down treacherous basement stairs. I feel like I got a great deal!

Had a good experience with installers. Very professional, arrived during appointment window and received courtesy call. They had to remove door to laundry room but put everything back as it was without damaging walls or anything else along the way.

We bought both a washer and dryer for our condo which required delivery down multiple flights of stairs. The delivery men did an outstanding job of bring both to the laundry room and removing the old units. The installation was perfect, and they were fast with their efforts. We have used the delivery/install service before, and we will use it again!
