The technicians that came to install the washer were professional, explained what they were doing, and did a great job installing it.

Guys were fast and friendly. Didn’t bang up the walls and did a great job. Will definitely have them back out if needed.

I was very pleased with the speedy, courteous, and professional installation service I received. I am glad they remembered to run the unit initially to look for any leakage, problems, etc.. Nice to start with dust, etc. cleaned out! Very smart guys!

The installation staff from Best Buy were great in that they lifted the old washer out and installed the new one with speed, courtesy and quality. They were able to lift the units so that they did not scratch up our hardwood floors.

They installed the washer, were friendly and knowledgeable. I someone had a defective one and they immediately came back and got it and took it in for an exchange.

They did a great job getting the washer down into our washroom as it was pretty tight and the stairs were fairly steep. Unfortunately it was dented during installation and they didn’t even bother to level the legs of the machine. Scheduling a replacement was no problem but still didn’t level it on the second try. Maybe that’s not included, but it should be as I had a hard time doing it myself.

My washing machine goes into a smaller area of my house. The installers moved the washer in very quickly and efficiently. No damages to home or product. Installed the hoses and wiring very quickly. Exactly what I would look for in an installation process.

The installers who came to put my washer in were very friendly, and fast. They even gave me a run through of everything they did as well as talked to me about a few features on my washing machine.

These two guys, who drove over from the Orlando area, arrived early, promptly removed my old washer and installed the new one. And this happened despite Hurricane Irma bearing down on Florida. It couldn't have been a better installation experience.
