The washer has to be returned because of the hot water connection but I’m testing the one they left using just cold water & it’s really different . No agitator, but it’s quiet & handled a full load of jeans. Also the color (black) is really nice. It was a good choice. Once again, more instructions needed because it’s all digital.

We did extensive research on washers before purchasing and hands down this was the washer for us! We specifically needed the unit to be quiet as it is very close to our family room. The clothes come out fresh and not wrinkled. Love the easy access of the front loader, too! Holds heavy bedding and I can hardly hear the unit when it’s running. Overall this is a really great washer and Best Buy’s price match guarantee made it an easy buying experience.

Quick and professional. You can follow their progress on an app for an estimated arrival. They called before they arrived. Two very polite men showed up. One measured all door openings and the other unpacked the washer. The two of them hand carried from the street, across a yard and into the basement down steps within minutes. The guy hooked up the washer, made sure it worked and had us sign for it. The entire experience took 10 minutes, which was impressive.

Excellent Customer service right from placing order to delivery of the item. I had recently placed an order for delivery of a washer and everything happened within 2-3 days and smoothly. They installed my washer so fast and also helped haul away my old one. They seemed to be knowledgable and experts in their work.

Great washing machine! I work in a commercial kitchen and my old washer was not getting my work clothes clean completely. My dryer died so I decided to get a new set. I hated my old one did not have the agitator so I sprung for this one with the agitator and suddenly the clothes I thought were ruined were like new again which was great considering I wasn't ready to throw away four pairs of Levi jeans. Fully capable of taking on some of the hardest messes I could make. And the washing machine has plenty of room for those giant I'm going to be lazy loads or even my biggest comforters. She's a solid machine for sure

Installer was top notch. Just had purchased my home and had a new washer and dryer purchased from Best Buy. It was raining and the installer took his time to make sure he did track dirt on my new floor did not ding any of my new home doors and he was fast and efficient. He also took the time to inform me how the washer and dryer would work including he did a test cycle run. I was more than pleased, I was thrilled. Excellent hard work on the installers part and he was informative and friendly, I won't hesitate to go to best buy for another purchase,

The technicians for the install were very knowledgeable and excellent workers. They were courteous and worked swiftly. They pointed out some issues that are being addressed by plumbers, without their input we would never have been made aware of the hose connection issue. I thank them very much for their dedication and service.

Riverstone Logistics LLC was contracted to do our delivery and installation. Brian Parker and his son Brandon Parker were very communicative en route, as well as the main office calling us. Very personable and helpful! Showed us how to operate everything! Very friendly and would recommend these guys!

The installers were on time and kept me informed as to when they were going to arrive though text messaging and a phone call. The were quick, quiet and efficient. They also went over our new machine and explained all the new features that might have been different from our old machine. Hauling away of the old unit was excellent, too, because it was a monster and extremely heavy!

Great experience. Two guys came in and set up my washer. They even showed me how to use it by removing their soiled work clothes and washing them in my new unit. We hung out and chatted over some fresh lemonade until the cycle was done. I was impressed with how clean their clothes were!! They even let me try on their outfits and help with their next delivery. I did like 3 or 4 with them and they decided to hire me on full time. They only paid me in sandwich’s so I quit after the first week. Washer still works great.
