The installation guys were EXCELLENT. They were willing to take off their shoes and worked super fast. They were also kind and friendly.

I want to give a big thumbs up to the two gentlemen who exchanged and installed my washer on the morning of December 9, 2022 (I forget their names). They were very professional during this process, taking care not to bump into any walls or furniture while removing my defective washer, and exchanging it with a new one. They also made sure the floors were clean after the install, which went very smoothly.

Delivery was on time, install was fast, professional, and correct. Worth every penny.

I can get by pretty well on my own, but when it comes to appliances, I rely on the know how of the pros. I am so glad that BB offers installation. Their people are knowledgeable and so polite. I had an installation which was seamless and tidy. They were polite, efficient and even handed me my stainless steel fill hoses and told me I could return them to get the money back. This, since my original stainless steel hoses (from 6 years ago) were still in perfect condition. How considerate!

The gentleman that installed my washer are wonderful. They were in communication throughout the day to keep updated when they would be here. It was nice that I didn’t have to sit around wondering all day. They were polite, professional and quick. Made sure to tell me if I had any issues to call.

The delivery guys did a great job delivering and installing. They took great care to not scratch our hardwood floor. They made sure that the washer and dryer work, and even help me put the laundry room door back. Without his help, I would have a hard time doing it by myself.

The delivery team was awesome! They did everything right, made sure the machine was working and went above and beyond to help us. Leroy called me when they were on their way and they arrived at the expected time. They parked in the street and carried the washer up the driveway and into the house. Installation went well and the test wash worked. Leroy checked to make sure all the connections were good and not leaking. He even gave us a pro-tip for sliding the washer without damaging the floor! We are already washing our first load.

After removing my old washing machine, the delivery crew quickly and efficiently installed the new one, checking to make certain that the intake and drain hoses worked properly and without leaking. They even took time to review the controls and point out features.

The guys were very professional in the removal & install of my washer. Based on the design of my laundry room & the style of waaher removed vs install the placed it on the opposite side, making the new dryer more accessible. The installers explained every move they were making, moved the items without hitting/damaging walls/furniture.
