Best Buy installed our new washer and did a great job! They called the morning of and showed up on time. They were fast and efficient!

Worth it. They did it so much quicker than I would have. Makes Total Tech Membership worth it! The only negative I will say, is I reported to them twice that I wouldn't be there because I had to work, so I gave them the name and number of who to call who would be there to let them in, yet they still called me. Again, ONLY negative.

The delivery showed up in a timely manner and the installers seemed to be polite. They got the job done quick. I did find a screw and some other hardware on the ground inside that I hope is not supposed to be in the unit but as long as everything works I'm not worried about that. The issue is that they left plastic wrap and zip ties all over my driveway and yard, and completely destroyed my wife's favorite succulent. So instead of showing off the laundry set to my wife and having her be super stoked, she came home and started crying after seeing her plants. The washer and dryer might be great, but I am beyond angry at the way things were left at my property. There were other issues but I do not want to come off as nitpicky so I'll leave it alone. I'm very disappointed with my experience with Best Buy and I will be installing things myself in the future. I tried to post images but the app will not allow me to add pictures to the post.

The installers were professionals. Took out the old and installed the new in no time at all. And they arrived at the predetermined time too.

The Installation Team was very friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly and were on there way in just a short time frame.

We had a washing machine installed and the one hauled away. Both gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We had forgotten to purchase the hose for the new machine, they had stock, sold us a pair from off the truck, and installation was able to be completed. They ran a test and verified everything was good to go. They were careful with the removal of the old machine and left no mess. We will definitely use this service again!

The new washer works very efficiently. I would definitely recommended this washer if you are constantly doing heavy loads! I had a top load washer before and it wasted a lot of water. This new Samsung front load is water efficient and takes less time to wash!

I couldn't be happier with my installation team! They were promt and extremely professional! My new washer was installed in a flash, I think they were at my house maybe 20min. It was a strate shot into my garage but they did have to push it up hill from the street since I have a very steep driveway. I would love to be able to request this same team for future instalations!

However, after I returned from vacation of one week (washer was installed and sat for a week before use) and noticed a debt on the top right side of the door. Fortunately another installation was scheduled for an unrelated issue and the geek squad member is helping us with it
