took two reschedules & two visits to install. I knew they were going to give me excuses when they saw the two stories they had to carry it up. Lol they gave the wrong 3 prong instead of 4.

The machine was never installed. It arrived without an electric cable and I rescheduled the installation and the installer delivered the cable and said that is all he had been hired to do. After he left I realized he had left me the wrong cable and I had to go to the store in person and buy another. Three weeks later I received the refund for the purchase of the first cable but I had to connect the wires to the cable and also connect the water hoses. Terrible, terrible service. I am happy with the product but I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.
