Love not having to charge my ring. The solar mount was easy to install. Make sure it has all day sun light

Wasserstein Solar charging bracket for Ring Doorbell 2nd edition. Did not work from start, gave it a few months, but have to keep replacing batteries, which means solar not charging. Fl has lits of sun!!

This item don't fully charge not worth the money.We still have to take the ring camera in the house to be charged as if we didn't even have this solar. This was for the purpose.

The location of my Ring is under the porch, so the panels do direct sunlight never hits. With this issue it does not charge very well. but does help the battery last longer before I need to recharge.

Did not fit right with my ring door bell, was too big

Do not buy this product. After 2 months the solar panel is peeling. Wasserstein has no customer service phone number and they do not answer an email

Bought two. Neither would connect even though installed properly. Roughly four weeks later one started working all on it's own to my absolute shock. The other one never worked (and I had to fight like heck to get the doorbell to even click into the solar charger after charging it with the charging cable). I finally dismantled it 3days ago and called it a loss. I'd put satisfaction with this purchase at 25% since one unit eventually worked.

Ordering online is very difficult the agents have absolutely no knowledge on the product so far twice I was sent the wrong item and when I tried to explain they said they couldn’t correct it I had to send the item back wait til they receive it and still they wouldn’t let me explain why it was wrong

This solar charger doesn’t seem to be working. The battery charge goes down the same as without the charger. This device gets full sun the entire afternoon. I thought it would at least maintain a charge. When removing the doorbell to charge, it is difficult to get the doorbell installed afterwards, fitment on the top is poor.

I bought this to charge my 2nd gen ring video doorbell but even after several troubleshooting sessions, it would have the blue circle glowing as if it was charging but it didn’t actually charge the doorbell. I had to return.

Was not able to keep my Ring Doorbell charged on a SE facing door frame.

Didn’t work for my ring device even though it said on the webpage that it did.

It will not work with my doorbell eventhough it says that it's the correct model for my doorbell. It drains the battery instead of charging it. Yes, it gets plenty of direct sunlight. Not pleased. Also did not supply proper screws for securing the doorbell mounting plate to the charger.

This item was not a good purchase for me. Due to where my ring is located. I was not getting enough direct sunlight

Unfortunately, this item is useless. I was hoping that ambient light would let it keep the Ring running. Our location gets about 2 hours of direct sun, but if you have any kind of eves or porch or any covering this will not charge the Ring as it seems it needs to bake in the sun all day to work.

Didnt work like it said itbwas supposed to so had to return it.

Concerned about this...losing charge daily, checked connections, not sure the "solar" part is charging our doorbell. May be returning...we've had it a week or so, battery life keeps going down.

This solar charger is complete garbage. It doesn't charge at all as i still have to unplug my doorbell im order to charge it. Also once the solar mount is mounted, theres a real struggle just to attach the ring doorbell.

Couldn't use because i have wedges under my ring doorbell and there is no hardware that came with this. Called company told me to go to hardware store. There is no machine screws that small and long. So basically useless
