  • Poor Warehouse to Store Logistics

    I had to purchase this item a total of three times. The first time I purchased it, I picked it up from the store, took it to my home, and the Pacific Kitchen contractor opened the box to find the top of it cracked and the bottom damaged. They assumed the may have happened at the warehouse. The second time I did an in-store pickup, I opened the package in the store since the box had a gash in it, to find the garbage disposal was cracked. I'm awaiting the item for my third go round in hopes it's in excellent condition, as any consumer would expect.

    I bought this at Best Buy and used their installation service. This is a good unit with enough power for a small to medium condo. No issues so far.

    Product was an excellent buy. Would have given it five stars but I did have to replace the whole unit and drain - would not fit on the old drain holder.
