LG Water filter is very convenient and easy to use. Filter will last 6 months. My refrigerator has a time keeper when to replace water filter and shows months left available. The water taste well and very safe for consumption. I highly recommend!

This filter fits perfectly and does what it is meant to do!

This is an extremely easy cartridge to install. The LG is also easy as there is only one to choose from and it is not required to get below the refrigerator to install. Installation is done in minutes and lasts a long time. Better than my Sub- Zero.

I have to replace this thing about once per year. A small price to pay for good quality water. It beats the heck out of what comes from our tap. Easy to install, reliable, no leaks.

Bought this after trying to save some money with the Insignia filters that leaked horribly. I have used about 10 of the LG filters during the lifetime of my fridge and every one fit perfectly and did a good job filtering my well water.

This filter is great and reliable. It is easy to uninstall and install.

My wife is allergic to the common cysts found in drinking water. Most filters do not remove these from the ice or water dispenser in a refrigerator. This filter does and leaves the water clear and worry free.

Good design, Straight simple replacement, just follow instructions inside your refrigerator. You tube had a similar model, but different installation procedure. Hope you kept your owners manual.

My refrigerator is old so I tried to use Best Buy's generic filter. Pros... 1. In this case for LG, you should keep using the oem filter. 2. I used the generic BB and it broke my refrigerator. I am pretty sure it is out of warranty now so i am not fussing at BB. The refrigerator is old and is an LG. I am overall happy with my purchase and would buy again. Cons... 1. Well... You are married to the OEM for your LG refrigerator and these bad boys over the years have become reasonably price and does do their job, but it sucks that there are no alternatives and if you use an alternative you can easily break your refrigerator.

this product is simple,well made and straight forward. we have "hard" water in our town and we enjoy a great drink of water, with this filter we get that. there is more room in the refrigerator, no Brita taking up space.

This filter is easy to install and works well! Just remember to run your water through the fridge/filter to activate the filter/cleanse it. If you don’t, the water dispenser may drip.

What can one say about a water filter? It was time for a replacement and I wanted the original OEM replacement and this fit the bill. Worked as advertised and haven't had any issues. Water tastes great!

i have been purchasing this product for quite a while and it hasn't failed me. It filters well and I like it. It is also easy to remove and replace.

Filter works just fine. Not hard to install but I don't appreciate having to run 3gallons of water through it before it is safe to drink. Also, not sure how to dispose of it so it is not landfill.

Great replacement filter for your LG fridge. Easy to replace, stocked in the store, seams expensive, but not when you consider we change it out every couple of years (only 2 of us using).
