If you have common sense household/repair skills, then this will be easy for you to install. It has all the parts to connect right to the water line. Instructions were easy to understand and follow along. My only issues are the cost of the filters and the neck of the faucet. The filters have 3 different usage lives. one is like 3 months, one is 1 year, and I do not recall the third. But if you wanted to buy them individually they are very expensive, and the 3 pack is like $100 but you would only need them at different intervals, so you cant just keep buying the 3 pack as you will hoard too many of 1 filter that doesn't need to be changed often. It does not appear that at this moment there are any aftermarket ones yet for this. Then the neck of the faucet is fairly loose to the base. No water leaks out of it when you turn the water on to be dispensed, but moves way too easy. Like a large fly/bee on the neck of the faucet could flap its wings hard enough and possibly start to move the neck (potential exaggeration, but its loose and yes it was attached correctly)

Water ran through this is no different when compared to to the tap water.on the left strip is bottled water, middle is tap water, right is tap water ran through the filter.

The is a great water filter and does a good job of giving good tasting water. However, the reason I'd recommend it is that its very easy to swap the filter without switching off the water supply, which in my case is a little inconvenient. So the filter swap technique makes this very useful.

I have really enjoyed this water softener, instead of carrying water bottles from the stores.

The best investment ever. My son was supposed to install this for me but he fell asleep and i couldn't wait. So, I did it myself. It was so easy. I'm so proud of myself. LOL. You can definitely taste the difference in the water quality.

I always purchase bottled water to drink and cook with tap water. Now very convenient I cook with filtered water and can eventually drink this water. I think it is very convenient.

Great water taste , easy to connect and use We are happy with it

After using several reverse osmosis systems for the past 30 years, I decided to try something different, I purchase the water drop ultra filtration system, and here is why I am fully satisfied with the system: 1- Easy to install, it took my less than half an hour to install it myself, I also connected the unit to the supplied faucet and to my refrigerator water hose(used a "T" connection), all went smooth, no leak at all. 2-The unit came with high quality faucet that was simple to install 3-After flushing the system as required, the water came crisp clear not milky color like some reverse osmosis do if too much air is in the tank, no need to have a tank at all. 4-No water wasted, water into the filter, water out crisp and delicious, my last reverse osmosis system was just wasting water.
