When my drive started dying, I knew that WD would be the best choice. So I got the internal drive for my use and have no complaints about the product.

Great little hard drive. Nothing fancy but gets the job done!

Easy to install and works great, had no issues but I'm rarely on my computer because I spend most my time working.

The drives arrived ahead of schedule and I put them into production. They are fast, durable and reasonably priced.

This is the second WD hard drive I’ve purchased for me new computer. The first was used as a data drive only and this one is used to mirror the data drive to ensure data would be protected in case the first drive failed. This also saves me an annual fee for an on-line backup service. Installation and setup was simple. I’m pleased with the purchase.

WD is the way to go. This drive is super quiet, runs cool and way more reliable than the Seagate products. Best Buy packages hard drives right for transport. The price may be slightly more than competitors online, but at least you can count on getting a working drive by the time it gets to you. Sure it's not as fast as a SSD, but it's not an SSD.

Hard drive has plenty of space and seems to be rather quick.

this is a very good hard drive for gaming i will buy more for my next build , maybe even another Tb for this build, but the WD - Black Internal SATA Hard Drive, is very fast

was running out of disk space so I purchased this WD drive. Installed easily and moved data without a problem. I always purchase WD drives and have yet to have an issue. Nice quiet drive. Definitely OEM drive and when registered with WD shows 3 year warranty

came in mail ok put in my desktop put al stuff back on it runs good so far no complains.

Replaced a WD Black 1 tb hard drive in a RAID that was 7 years old and failing.

I have a Drobo and these disk drives have always performed excellent in this NAS.

Horrific Drive dead on arrival attempted w/ 4 systems to be able to even get recognized to format. Never was able to get it recognized, formatted or even used

I found reviews that state this is actually a green drive with a black label. I'm using it for mass storage of games so we shall see if it holds up.

Large storage device. Slow speeds made me question this drive, so it was returned. Went with HGST for reliability and speed.

Thought this would be a good drive for storage. Cheap price. However, as others have stated, this drive is slow. Is this really a Black drive? I do not know. Reliability was also in question, as the Blue drives have crapped out on me with little use. I returned this drive and purchased an HGST Ultrastar.

Was on sale. Installed and got a BSOD on restart. Will never buy WD again. Seagate only for me from now on
