    Bought this as a replacement drive for a Dell 1545 laptop. The screw holes did not line up with laptop holes so drive would not seat properly. Western Digital support suggested I return the drive to Best Buy.

    It only worked for 20 days. The hard drive made loud noised and an error came up. It doesn't detect the hard drive even after reconnecting it.

    Returned the hard drive for a replacement, due to items not included I paid for. No refund or replacement receiced. Very upset with Best Buy!!!!! I have spoken to your reps a number of times!!!!!

    I asked on this site before I bought this drive if it would work and was told it should. After buying it and installing it my Dell Inspiron 1545 will not find it a boot up. It just says no hard drive found.
