I would consider myself a noob or newbie in this aspect, but I watched a few youtube videos and was able to easily install with no problem. The only reason I cannot give this a 5 star is because it does not come with the bracket to hold the card in place.

Client very happy. If going to do similar, Have geek squad clone hard drive before swap.

And the PS4 runs a little cooler

I bought this to replace a 12 yr old 750 GB hard drive that went bad, thankfully I had it backed up to Carbonite. Works great!
