I have a large number of photos that I’ve taken over the past 5 years with my DSLR. Predicting filling this drive in the future the value of cost to size is ideal. Easy to set up and tie in to home network and so far no issues

This was bought during Black Friday and at under $180 plus a free 32GB flash drive, you couldn't go wrong! Serves as a back up drive and a streaming music service on my home network. Good value & works great too!

I'm currently working on transferring family videos that are currently on VHS and VHS-C tapes to my pc, and I needed a high-capacity external HD for backup purposes. I bought this external HD during the President's Day sale for a great price. So far, so good! I haven't had it too long, but it does what it's supposed to do, without any hassle or problems. WD makes great products. I have a 1 TB WD external HD that's about 10 yrs old and is still working great. Whenever I need to replace a HD in a desktop or laptop, I now always use WD (I will never buy another Seagate product again!). I am confident in WD and believe that this 10 TB external HD will work flawlessly for a long time just like all the other WD products that I've purchased.

Owned many WD and Seagate products. For a work backup and media center this does the trick. Plenty of storage, easy to setup and included backup software if you want to use it. Plug and play.

This is an affordable big hard drive for storage, backup and media service. Not super fast with the USB interface, so working directly from it on Art and Video Editing is not recommended. Works great with Windows, Mac, Linux, etc. with a quick reformat if you’re not into the out-of-the-box configuration. The internal mechanism is usually one of Western Digital’s Red series desktop internal SATA drives (mine is a WD100EMAZ model). Using only a SATA connection this drive is much faster with about 218 MB/Sec read/write speeds, which makes it prime for shucking the USB-based housing and dropping it directly into your PC (and voiding your warranty).

I connected this drive to a computer and ran a full scan of all sectors to verify everything was good before accepting it into my system. No issues at all. Got this on sale for less than $180. Great buy!

Massive storage capacity to backup my NAS. I can't comment on the long term durability yet but so far the drive has met my expectations. the sale price at Best buy was also very good for a 10TB drive.

I really am impressed with Western Digital products! 10TB is more than enough for my office and home needs! No nonsense connection to Windows 10 new build. Works better and faster than expected!

I've had this drive for roughly a month (to use with my Xbox One X) and it works brilliantly. It's very fast, runs relatively quiet and provides ample space for large game files. I'm very satisfied.

Drive works great and is easy to setup. I was able to transfer 2tb of files onto the drive in no time. The cables in the box were a good enough length where I can set it out of the way on my desk.

got it on sale for a great price. works well without any problems and writes fast enough for my uses. I would recommend this to a friend if they got it at the great sale price that i did.

We were looking for a simple to use camcorder when having our first child. This one holds a good charge, shoots good video, small, lightweight, easy to use. Quite pleased with our selection.

Perfect, just like the 8TB EasyStore drives. Nice with the included 32GB USB thumb drives. Now, waiting for the next sale prices to buy more.

This 10tb drive has plenty of space for me to use for years to come. Transfer speeds have been great so far and the drive is pretty quiet. Only downside I would say is it would be nice to have more options on USB 3 vs. USB C

Bought this as a backup to my external hard drive. Lots of storage space to store pictures, music, documents, etc.. Just plug and play and drag files to hard drive.

Needed a large capacity drive in order to back up multiple PCs, and this was the most bang for the buck. The transfer rates were not the best, but the overall capacity is what I was looking for (bought a few of them for the price, ya never know). Warranties for these types of products could be better WD, but it is what it is.

Couldn't leave it on the shelf for that price> Tons of storage at a great price with a free 32 GB flash included. Very satisfied as it backs up all my other drives daily

I needed a larger hard drive to migrate my digital movies onto and the drive is perfect. It is very quiet and has room to spare. The added thumb drive was icing on the cake.
