This external drive solved my problems! My HP tablet couldn't function properly without added storage space and this drive was the best bargain I found. The Geek Squad was really helpful and I am very satisfied with the entire experience!

The drive does exactly what it should (store data) for a good price. I'm using it to move data between computers where there isn't an online option. I've purchased other WD drives in this product line and they have all been reliable.

I have been using this hard drive for a couple weeks. I am backing up all of my pictures and videos, and I have tens of thousands of them. When I move files from one folder to another it goes really quickly. I have no complaints about it.

It's smaller than a smartphone and can hold so much data! It is super easy to setup, just plug into any USB slot. WD is a very reliable brand.

This hard drive is the typical external hard drive that connects to USB3 (downward compatible to USB2). The speed is good. Backup software is provided on the hard drive. I have not used the software as I prefer to use other software

I purchased this for supplemental storage for my Xbox One since the 500gb console can only hold a few games these days... and Call of Duty alone takes up half the system memory *eye roll*. This 1TB external hard drive was easy to setup, just plugged it into my Xbox One and it formatted in a few seconds and was ready to store games. It's also very compact and discrete looking. Worth every penny to avoid downloading games again every time I want to replay something!

WD makes good reliable hard drives, and this one was a bargain. I always try to keep a few around for different projects—like backing up my wife’s laptop, when I can pry her machine out of her bleeding hands, or when she’s asleep.

Got this as a replacement for an old backup drive to save all my important files, photos, etc. I'd previously purchased a different type and had to return it to a different seller. This one, I do not plan to return! File transfer is smooth and quick. The drive is easy to carry, take with me to the office, and back home again, and provides a fantastic amount of storage! I'm so glad I got this one! I'd certainly buy another if my needs change in the future!

This external drive has worked very well for the need I had. Was able to move all my pictures and files for school work. With thousands of pictures and over 100 files I still have more than half of the hard drive left to use.

It's your basic external hard drive that is essentially plug and play. Of course there are a bunch of apps that one can choose to use, however for what I need it for I haven't used them. It's stores an image-copy of my hard drive without a problem. I recommend to use a cloud saving device for files like documents, pics, and music, plus this for saving all other information on your hard-drive in case of error.

WD drives have always been top of the line external drives and this is no exception. Must buy for portability price and size
