This is the second WD-Easystore External Hard Drive I bought at Best Buy. I bought it for my father. It is easy to install and now I am not worried about all of the pictures he has being lost if his hard drive crashes in the future. Also, the price was good (nice discount).

I bought this to go with a small SSD laptop, I have never owned a laptop with no hard drive so I purchased this to use as a backup and to transfer data to my other laptop. Small and compact compared to external hard drives for sure. I would recommend to anyone needing additional backup or storage. At 1TB I won’t rum out!

I used it to double the available space on my Xbox One and it started with very close to a full terabyte of space even after the Xbox formatted it. It only uses a usb cable, no additional power needed. It is very small and lightweight and has a nice look to it (not cheap looking).

Simple, strong, great price! This new western digital one terabyte portable external hard drive connects by using the standard USB C cable. Thinner case than previous versions. Still has a drive light present on the front, And for a little tiny rubber feet underneath. Everything you need! Will be buying more…! What’s not to love? Get yours now!

James Turner and Nate VanDyke worked to retrieve almost 4000 pictures from my phone. James chose this Ex. HD as it will work with any computer in the future. It is easy to use, they created files for everything. They did a Masterful job. Very, very grateful.

We really put this fellow to the test, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were on a very, very tight deadline for a corporate video shoot and had to stuff tons upon tons of data into this drive in very short order. It worked. We use a lot of drives from WD and Seagate and they perform perfectly every time.

We purchased this hard drive as part of a repair to our Mac computer to provide space to rescue and back up our data. It is a convenient size and holds a TB. Very reasonable for the price. It just remains to be seen how long it lasts, though we have extended coverage on it. Time will tell.

I have several of these external Portable Hard drives. They are great for freeing up space on your computer. I have tons of images and files backed up on mine. It's small enough to carry in my laptop bag, yet enough storage to have pretty much what I want at my fingertips.

This is hands down one of the best portable hard drives on the market. I honestly wasn't expecting much considering it's relatively low price tag but this thing really surprised me. If you are looking portable convenience, this is the best option, in my personal opinion, for your money! You will not be disappointed!

It's a hard drive. Perfect for travel and storage...everyday tasks. Cheap option. Safe bet.

Use this to store videos that I don't want hogging space on my rig, and this does the trick. When transferring videos in and out of this drive, the speeds were surprisingly fast for what I had initially expected. This is a great storage device for the price and I may pick up another once my current one is full.
