Decent amount of space for people who wanna play all the major big games that take 100s of gigabytes

Love having my own easy to carry back up. This one was bought to send to a missionary. This adds extra storage to any laptop.

Very portable hard drive, and quite small. I paid about $50 for on 1T. In the old days, that would’ve cost me several hundred dollars for a big bulky hard drive. I recommend this product.

Nice little hard drive. Very small footprint, is relatively fast, and is super quiet. I don't even know it's there.

I have two SSDs, this one and the other by Samsung as the backup. I had some difficulty installing the included software on my two laptops: 1) installed on one laptop after two attempts and 2) I was unable to install on this laptop but am able to still the SSD. I learned the hard way that one should always have a backup incase the unexpected happens. The speed of the WD is extremely fast, hopefully it holds up for the 10 yr lifespan. Purpose, to hold my movies, pdf books and a lifetime of photos.

Thus was a good investment for my job. East to set up and hold a lot of data.

I can store my work files, movies...etc in here. Easy to carry around. Cheap and convenient! Love it!

I purchased this to store my daughter’s pics on the laptop and this one was very easy to setup and start using! It freed up a ton of space too.

I bought this to expand my PS4 storage. It is very small (about men's wallet size) and extremely easy to set up and use. In my case, I had to have the PS4 format the drive, but the drive itself was recognized instantly. I've seen no speed difference between internal storage and this drive even though I have the game storage switched to the external drive. An excellent peripheral for external backups and mobile projects (dev work, graphics, etc.)

Great value for simple data storage. Highly recommended if you want a cheap external hard drive.

A must if you want to store large files video games or photos end it also works with my PlayStation 4/5 and my Xbox one/series X/S.

I was surprised at it's small size but with 1TB capacity, it's more than enough storage space. Had to replace my old desktop computer and my ancient exterior hard drive just couldn't hold today's system and files. Installs in a flash and is so easy to set up. And, it's a super space saver. Great for keeping with your laptop so you don't have to worry about possibly losing files and photos when your're away from home.
