I first bought a less storage memory card and saw this one on sale and decide to tried this external hard drive instead. The size is perfect, not to bulky and not small enough to misplace it. It is fast to import and extract files which it is nice too.

I purchased this 1 TB HD strictly as a backup for my Mac Book Pro. It is very simple to use and has not caused any problems. The backup using Time Machine works great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, dependable hard drive.

Compact, easy to use. Secure. Can sit in a drawer till needed, or occupies little space on the desk top. Just plug in then back up info. Click eject easy store when finished, and put it out of sight.

External hard drive was very easy to set up and use. WD software executed easily.

This does the job! It was easy to use and I had to make the minor adjustment to have it be Mac freindly. Small and compact. Bought this to backup computer in the event of a home evacuation and we can't take it all, we can take this. It's great.

We bought a windows 10 desk top computer so it was not compatible with the old back up drive we had. We bought this one and it is very small and easy to install and runs of the USB connector, no power supply needed. Back up runs automatically.

The best portable hard drive that you could ask for, I bought this to use for school purposes and have been happy since. What can you ask for having 1Tb of storage you can't ask for more.

I bought a very old WD (80GB) portable drive more 20+ years ago. It's still working in good condition today. I then bought this WD - Easystore 1TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive to backup my data for my laptop. The main purpose is to backup all data on my Windows 7 laptop first; and then, upgrade my old Dell 5520 laptop purchased on 09/2012 to Windows 10 (along with upgrades its RAM from 2GB to 10 GB as well as it 700GB Hard Drive to SanDisk - Ultra 512GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive) on 08/2019. This new WD - Easystore 1TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive can effectively backup and restore data as well as with much less time than the old WD (80GB) portable drive on my Windows 10 laptop now. Hopefully, its quality will be as good as if not better then the old unit.
