Solid hard drive at a great price. Would recommend this one.

This is more than helpful for me to store my information so it won’t be lost and the size is perfect for me because it doesn’t take much space and I don’t worry about losing any of my documents. Plug in overnight and the next day it’s done easy for someone like me with my limited technology knowledge.

I gave this product 4 stars because it was not recognized by my Macpro laptop. I was able to download the software on my computer but then I couldn't save any files onto the external drive or view any of the photos or videos I had saved on it. Other than that it's great. I was able to pass a lot of my videos and photos from my phone onto to the drive through my dad's Windows computer. Using an adapter I was also able to pass files directly from my Samsung galaxy s8 phone onto the external drive. Had the product been recognized by Mac like they advertise on the page and box, I would of rated it a 5. I also like how small the external drive is. Fits perfectly in my crossbody purse.

I live in an area where we are often threatened by wildfires and evacuations. I purchased this external hard drive to back up my important files to grab quickly in case of evac orders. It was easy to use, even for a non-techy person such a myself. My computer has 2.0 usb plugs so it was slow to move files, but I just left it to go over night and all transferred well. Very happy with purchase and the black Friday sale price was awesome!

This is actually my fourth WD external hard drive I've purchased. These could not be more easier to use and have been perfect for saving lots of computer files and backing up my hard drives. I still have the other external hard drives that are used for specific computers and they all still work. I've carried these in briefcases and bags to work, dropped them on the floor, and they just keep working. I wish everything were that reliable!

This hard drive is similar to many others however it is sleek and being 3.0 long lasting and quality. I will be recommending these to my customers in the future. This was specifically used for a customer with a HP stream with only 32 GB of data on their hard drive . This will allow for expansion and longer life of the laptop with limited amount of space.

I like to collect recipes and have a lot of pictures but don’t want to store them on my computer. It helps
