Great product. Worked exactly as expected and was easy to use. Plug and play was perfect for what I needed.

I bought this specifically to store documents and videos of my D&D sessions, since they were bloating my hard drive. It's really small and easy to store and travel with. I use it to transfer work files between my PC and laptop too. Does the job and no issues so far.

This hard drive was purchaced so the Geek Squad could backup my hard drive. So fast and easy to locate a file on it rather than searching on my PC! I love Best Buy because I'm 75 yrs old and their service has been top notch!

This thing speed tested better than I had expected. It is a fine inexpensive solution for storing data. No power needed. Just plug the thing in and it works. It is wild to me how small and how much technology has improved over the last few decades...

An excelent purchase. Very well priced for 1TB of storage and very compact. I really needed it to back up my files before upgrading my computer.

Small and compact. I actually was advices by geek squad to purchase because I was having my computer worked on - and they were able to do a back-up storage for me. Everything fit and I still have room for more backups. Reasonably priced too.

I bought this so I could back up a ton of documents and photos on my laptop. The back-up was lightening fast...not more than a minute. Great price for the amount of storage space. After my good experience, I bought a 2nd one for a family member.

This 1 TB external hard drive is awesome! I am Able to easily store photos, documents that I need to keep … without need to print out hundreds of pages. I especially love it to retain memorable photos …some from years back that have been sitting on my computer hard drive. I was also able to clone the data on my old computer that was ready for the “computer cemetery…”.

This 1TB external hard drive is very slim, light and fast. I bought as a backup storage drive for my pictures and documents and other files, and as for now it is working perfectly. It supports USB 3.0 and it is backwards compatible with USB 2.0

Storage is a must in the digital age, not all hard drives are created equal. This small WD drive does the job, is small, and dependable.

Large capacity, small size, and USB powered not just data connection. This works for a fantastic external storage device and use it extensively for work. It can take a moment to wake up after going to sleep, but other than that performs as well as an internal HD when connected to a USB 3.0 port.

Works perfect. I needed extra storage for my XBox and this worked and it was super easy to install. Great price as well considering other storage devices were very expensive for the same amount of storage. I now have two of these.

I got this to store my files for backup and easy transport. 1TB holds all my documents, photographs, videos, and art projects. Since it's so small, it just chills out on my desk or in a pocket in my backpack. Might nab another one for extra PS4 storage. It's a lot of space for cheap.

This is the 3rd WD Easy Store External Hard Drive unit I've bought for myself/ family members in the past couple years. It's simple to use, great for back-up, stores 1TB and transfers files pretty quickly.

I was in the market for purchasing an external drive and got the best price at Best Buy!!!! The drive is small but mighty. It works well for my new iMac and my HP laptop. Set up very easy. I highly recommend this 1T external.

Very affordable and very portable external hard drive with fast transfer USB 3.0 speed. This drive is pre-formatted for Windows PC, but can also be used on Apple / Mac computers. These drives are extremely simple to format for Mac by going to Disk Utility, select MAC OS Journaled, click "Erase." It is now Mac formatted. This works just fine on both 2012 iMac running Mac Sierra OS and 2017 iMac running the latest Catalina OS. Simply put whatever computer you may own, it's just necessary to backup your photos, music, movies, documents, anything that you need to keep. Storing personal invaluable files on one single drive, especially the computers main hard drive is just not enough. You never know when you may have a major computer issue and you end up losing thousands of files you may never get back.

This harddrive was cost effective and alsonhad wonderful ratings. It was plug and play and has helped me save all my precious memories and also back up computer for extra protection.
