Purchased on a Deal Of The Day and picked up curbside. Got it home and transferred two video files and when I went to confirm it, the Hard Drive could no longer be found. I rebooted the computer, tried another laptop but nothing. I returned same day and received excellent customer service in exchanging it for a new one. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The second drive has worked perfectly for 2 days now. I give 4 stars for quality-control issues, but the drive is great when you get a good one, and Best Buy customer service made it all right.

I have limited physical desk space, but need additional disk storage and this drive fits the bill. It packs almost 5Tb in it's small footprint. It's fairly fast due to USB 3.0 and doesn't require a separate power plug. I would definitely buy it again.

Have purchased before. Great deal when on sale. I do hear a mechanical clicking. May consider switching to external Ssd drivers

The easystore is a handy, dependable, portable storage device. I have a few of these and use them primarily for rotating backups on laptops and long term, offsite storage of images/digital pictures. None of these devices has ever failed. The easystore is plug an play and has easy to use backup software if you wish to regularly schedule backups of any of your data. When traveling, if I plan to do any image editing in off hours I will load the work onto an easystore and pack it in my laptop bag. Best buy frequently offers various Western Digital easystore devices at excellent sale prices

Using this with my day 1 edition Xbox one. Just plugged it into a usb port and followed the directions on the Xbox. Very easy. I like this model because it doesn't require a power plug. It's small and provides enough space for my gaming needs.
