I'm using this as a MacOS time machine backup drive. I'm happy with performance, and at least for this application it's just as fast as the solid state drive I had been using. Because I'm backing up a MacBook, I can't comment on the built-in utilities. I basically wiped the drive clean to make it MacOS compatible.

This external hard drive is very small, but it still has tons of storage capacity. Of course it's not as fast as an SSD, but the price is very reasonable. Works great for backing up your computer or transferring data.

I love these as I can take it with me easily when I travel and do not have to worry about losing data.

very nice, I bought this as a back up drive after buying a 5 tb black WD portable drive. Hooked them both up using a 4 port usb hub and they work together seamlessly. About once every ten days I back up the portable hd to the easystore, progessive backup usually takes about an hour

I got this thing quite a while ago for my Xbox One x, it's been working absolutely fantastic. If you can believe the Xbox it actually has a 600 MB transfer rate speed, at least that's what it has showed every time I had to transfer something to or from it. But now for the disappointing part, I got a series x finally, and so I put most everything I could onto this drive and plugged it into my series x so that I would not have to redownload them, unfortunately every game I tried to launch forced me to redownload a series x/s optimized version of it, and once this happened the system said the only way you could launch these games was on the internal drive. ☹️ Half the games that are not optimized would refuse to launch whether it was in the internal or the external drive. ☹️☹️ Microsoft really screwed people over on this... Looks like they should just put games on each their own little cartridges. Since I can only fit like six on the internal.

Using this as an external hard drive for my ps4, works like it's supposed to. If you are using this to replace a smaller external drive. You will need to transfer games on to the ps4, then off the ps4 to the new drive. It won't let you transfer directly off of the other drive. I'm only speaking of use with the ps4

I purchased this 5TB drive for my son because i love my 1 TB by Easystore so much. The price is amazing and have had no issues with these drives. Small, convenient size & easy to use. I highly recommend.

fantastic, so easy and function so much better than the brand they replaced. the sale price made them a great choice. reg. price is pretty steep. may buy more to replace the other brand, dont know if its allowed to say what brand that is. Love these and would highly recommend them to others.

Got this to be used on my 2018 Mac mini. Plug and play and works great as my Time Machine backup. Super quiet. A must buy for your Mac back up data.

I really like this portable hard drive, it is big enough to back up all of my pictures, and gives me peace of mind in case of a computer crash.

I like this product as I've a lot of videos, images, and important files to store. So I took a tour on my favorite tech shop "Best Buy" and I found this hard drive at a good price. I didn't hesitate to buy it. And even I told my friends about it, and they all bought themselves.

Have been using these drives for years for movie and game external drives... not as fast as new SSD but you can get a 5 TB for less than a 1 TB SSD... and still plenty fast for movies and for playing games right from drive, except for series x and ps5, better as storage for those

This storage drive is great! I put anything from music to my Xbox games here and still have plenty of leftover space.

I have purchased two of these hard drives and I have never had a problem from either. These work well for a mid-range hard drive, great for those on a tight budget. The 5 TB will take a while to fill.

I saw this External Hard Drive at Best Buy, I am glad I purchased it, it is great to store the pictures I had in my notebook and documents, so easy to use. Very user friendly
