I have been using this product for about 2 years now mostly for backing up documents, pictures, and movie clips. So far so good, small size, and easy to use and carry. Higly recommend with reasonable price for good size of storage.

Very reliable disk. Access is very fast. And it easy to use.

I pick these up on sale and use them as cold data storage (mostly backups and media exports). I have quite a few of them and they can't be beat for the price point. Haven't had any problems with them (so far) but I also haven't put them under any intensive set of uses either. Great if you're looking for an affordable backup solution to just store redundant data.

Small but fast drive with 5TB of storage. Light and easy to pack if your a traveling photographer.

it's been reliable for daily Time Machine backups on my MacBook and storing media libraries. No data loss or failures, even after minor drops. It's not as fast as SSDs like the SanDisk Extreme, but for bulk storage, it's perfect and runs quietly without overheating. Battery drain is minimal when connected to laptops.

Very small but powerful unit with 5tb of storage available. Worked extremely well, easy to hookup. Only negative thing I can say is how small the hookup cable was!!! Remedied the complaint with a buy of a longer cable, Excellent product for a sweetly low price and also really well made it was definitely worth every cent of the purchase!

So far this external drive has been very reliable and definitely affordable. I use this to store my back ups in case my regular SSD happens to fail or SD card. This is a very powerful tool for those who film or photograph big events. Have a back up for your back up always! Does an amazing job, highly recommend

a lot of storage at a great price. i only use western digital now. they make the only hard drives that have never failed on me. buy it on sale and that's a lot of storage for not a lot of money. i use it as an external drive on my Xbox series X. Works well. i own two more smaller ones for my other 2 Xboxes, a 360 & an Xbox 1 X

I like to keep all my files and my old 2tb was getting old so I got a new one just incase and for the price and getting 5gb this was a steal. I am going to get an SSD to use as well along with this as it would be more reliable but it never hurts to have a cheaper option to back up your info

I really like the WD-Easystore HDD's. The 5TB USB 3.0 unit that Best Buy sells is very reliable. I travel a great deal and I use them for movie/entertainment as well as data storage. The small size and light weight along with multiple terabyte capacity make them a prefect fit for my needs.

This WD EasyStore 5TB external drive was super easy to setup and with the USB 3.2 port, the transfers from computer to this drive are lightning quick at a very affordable price. I use it to store my raw 5.3K GoPro Videos before I have to edit them to save space on my CPU hard drive and the videos transfer fast. Highly recommend.

I'm using this for additional storage on my Xbox One and it works great. Fully compatible and games load at least as fast, if not faster. Great capacity for the price, too, especially on sale. Very compact so it's hidden behind my console on the shelf, and gets all its power over USB so you won't need a free outlet.

this hard drive is extremely light and portable considering its 5TB of storage. It works no problem out the box and never gets too hot to the touch. No problems with WD Hard drives can't say the same for other brands.

I love this hard drive. It holds a lot of data for the size . It does not take a lot of space. Very easy set up, up and running in no time at all.

Great back-up drive with HUGE 5TB capacity. Price is great. WD produces good quality stuff! Having the device powered via standard USB cable reduces the clutter significantly. Size small and shape is cute! Speed probably is very good, but it is not important to me, since the back-ups run during off hours.

Easy and great product!! You can't beat the price for a great quality product. 5 TB is an enormous amount of storage and for the price this is a no brainer. All my external storage is by Western Digital. So far so good. I have had them for 8 years plus, not one has failed yet.

Bought this to use for my PS4 since the 1TB Inter al won’t really hold many games. I had a 2TB external that I started running into space issues with too. This one holds my entire library (which I’d say is above average) with plenty of room to spare. Set up was quick and easy, and performance has been seamless!

As someone who is always on the go, I do a lot of my processing on my laptop. So making sure I have a good reliable and portable external hard drive is a very important thing. This one is always with me. Just enough space to do everything I need to do without taking up too much space in my bag.
