Sleek compared to my WD Book. Very eay to use. I thought I had a problem within the first 30 days, but it was mere a glitch message. The Geek Squad help me sort it out.

Easy setup with Xbox One X. Got the 5TB version... I figure I can hold 35+ 4K HDR games between the external drive and the 1TB on the machine, which will give me a number of years of game acquisition capability, and have another USB port if I need additional expansion years down the road.

I am using mine as my PC Steam gaming drive & it serves that purpose flawlessly & respectively, due to it's a USB 3.0 supported drive it is surprisingly non stop fast, I will definitively highly recommend this portable 5 terabyte storage device, it's Awsome!

Advertising states you can partition the drive for both Mac and Windows backups but that doesn’t work with Mac software. I had to purchase a second drive for the Mac. Now I have all my old Windows data and Dropbox data with plenty of room for more. Over all its compact and simple to use.

Plenty of space and transfers pretty quickly with USB 3.0 If you actually use it for long periods of time, the drive gets hot. It does go to sleep if not accessed for a long time. Best as a back-up drive as intended. Easy plug-n-play. No fuss. I have not tried the supplied apps yet.

I couldn't do download anything due to lack of storage. This saved my life and my pockets. I didn't have to spend more on a new computer, this did the job!

The 5tb gives me plenty of space to back up my computer drive which contains thousands of songs & pictures. My computer hard drive had died in the past and I lost a lot of things that I failed to back up. This drive has solved that issue. Got it when it was on sale as well, so that was a bonus.

WD Easystore 5TB External USB is an outstanding portable hard drive. The product is one of the best and the price for this was great! This is my 3rd WD portable hard drive and I've never had an issue with this brand.

I bought this to replace my 2tb external drive that was getting kinda full. Caught his on sale for less than I paid for the 2tb a few years back. Quiet and dependable. I should have bought 2 of them.

Perfect external hard drive for gaming consoles; PS4 and Xbox One. Fast and easy to transfer files, as well as installing/downloading more videogames and movies that need bigger storage space. Very nifty and reliable for plug-in and play! Highly recommend it! What are you waiting for (:

solid device, works great. Very fast. not solid state, but solid price for a great back up device. I don't use the software program included though it seems to insist you have an account, and I don't.

I was amazed at how small this device is! I was going to just use it as a back up but since it is the size of the palm of my hand (almost) I will use it as an external drive for my new laptop. It also gets its power from the USB so only one connection, no need for commercial power.

Got a fantastic deal on this and backed up all my data, docs, pics and music. Very easy to setup and use. Fast file transfers and nice and small to tuck away out of sight. Might buy one more!

A great product. So much room as I had to backup a hard drive from a desktop that crashed and I was able to save all the pictures and several gigabytes of music that I had collected for many years. It's very speedy and my laptop detected it easily.

This is my second Easystore HD. It's so easy to use and compact. It's plug and play. Just plug it in, wait for your computer to tell you that it's ready in a few seconds then use it. No app installation required since the software is pre-installed.
