Really good for game storage on console and PC decently fast

Needed an external drive to hold lots of photos, and especially videos. works great-lots of storage and easy to use

It stores things like photos and files. It was relatively inexpensive and has not had any issues.

I mainly bought this for my PS5 for extra storage for my games. I wanted enough space to hold most of stuff and more games if I bought any. Definitely worth the price for it. I was able to download all my games and than some with the updates and still have like 4.5gb left.

I did a lot of research to try to find the best external hard drive for the money, and I came across this one during a sale. I quickly grabbed this one, and I can say that it does what it’s supposed to do. I can’t complain at all. I’m using this for my Xbox One X.

This hard drive is working fabulous for me. Every USB 3.0 device I tried on Ubuntu 18.04 MATE 64bit linux on my Acer Chromebook c720p and other laptops did not work at 3.0 speeds..infact slower than USB 2.0 So far I am loving it because I can FINALLY back up stuff for real.....quickly Too!

Works as advertised. No need to download the "special" software...Windows manages the drive just fine.

The hard drive has plenty of storage. The only slight negative I would give would be the speed. My preference is the SSD, but this got the job done at a better price.

Ordered the WD-Easystore 5TB external hard drive on line. Would be giving 5 stars but must deduct a star for having to return a defective unit. Chose to go to the physical store to return. The return/replacement process was easy as pie. New drive works perfectly. I have ordered several over the last few years. This is the only time I received defective merchandise.

Was kind of hectic about it , Ive had for a few months now , have alot of games on my pc and let me tell you this jas handle it good so far for making spaces to adding and moving things to different drives

Just what I needed. A good amount of storage for a reasonable price, and it's USB powered so it doesn't take up valuable space in my power strip. Formatting for Mac was super easy, and I never have to worry about running out of space for backups.

Thing is a beast! Works great for my Xbox one X. Might be too much storage... I’ve been getting cocky with my downloads. I keep laughing and call of duty’s 120gb updates. Plenty of room! Only thing with this drive... it’s a big boy. Like it is chunky. Don’t let it fall on your toes.

Just what i needed for my personal business while traveling. It's convenient and fast to bring up my documents personal photos so on.

For how inexpensive it was, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it is. It's not near an ssd, but not too far behind some 'gaming' hdds I have. The physical build of it feels solid, as well. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this as a portable backup drive replacing an older WD drive that was starting to have issues. I've been using it for a couple months now and couldn't be happier. Size and build quality is great, speed is excellent, even for editing photos off of. Overall great little drive.

Had purchased a different seagate brand previously from a different store. Had to return it. Connection was universally compatible or not easy to set up. Came back and purchased WD a trusted brand I have used for a long time now and this was easy plug and use.
