The external hard drive was easy for my 11-year-old to set up on his gaming laptop. The price, considering the storage capacity, was a win for me. Good investment.

So far so good. For not being tech savvy i figured it out and i have transfered everyting over to it. For ppl who arent too tech savvy these products should have more detailed instructions for people who struggle in this area

Looks nice and seems to function well. Been in use for about a month. Ample space for backing up the PC and archiving other critical files.

Needed a backup for long term storage, my PC disk is full. Purchased two drived - so far so good.

Has a ton of storage, easy to transfer files to and from my local drive.

Solid drive case--- not SSD, but still fast enough to copy data as needed. Use these smaller compact drives versus my bigger bulky drives for my data now... this is easier to take with and only requires a USB cable versus a power adapter.

I use it to primarily back up photo and slide shows for my Grandchildren so they will always memories to recall as they grow older.

Works great for storing all of the family's pics and important docs. Extremely easy to set up and use.

Great price. Works as advertised. Great customer service I showed up right before 8 pm at curbside before I could hit the pick up button the curbside option went away. they went ahead let me come in the store and pick it up after they closed the front doors.

Excellent storage and faster speed with usb 3.0 support . I can now watch movies and play games with worrying about network signal

I have always been a WD external hard drive user. The 5TB drive has allowed me to store more pictures and gives me a second form of backup.

I can only say that this was my fourth purchase Easystore 5TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive from Best Buy. I have a large collection. And it helps me in my work.

Have bought many of these drives over the years. WD USB drives last a long time provided they are taken care of. These aren't rugged. Great price for the TB.

These back up hard drives are great to have. Bought this one for my daughter so she can have her own back up stuff. Thanks to the rewards. Only bad thing is they Best Buy makes you use the rewards that has an expiration date.

This 5TB hard drive is perfect for storage. It can hold soooooo much and is very compact and portable. Buying it during black Friday sales made it extremely cheap and affordable!

Getting my 3rd one! Photo and video editing takes lots of space so I use separate drives to catalog my files. Working well so far. Easy to swap and carry transport too.
