It's a great drive and easy to install. This drive is great if you need to store a lot of stuff. I use it as a backup for my college work, pictures, and gaming data.

I needed another hard drive for photo/video storage. After multiple failures in the past with another manufacturer's product; I will only utilize WD hard drives. Have never had one of them fail. I own a dozen of their hard drives in varying capacities. This will be the second largest one I own.

The plug and play was easy enough, but you must install the included software and format the device in order for it to work (at least in a Mac). It was a good, non-expensive choice for me with a 5TB drive.

I have two of these. I have had one for a couple of years and it has worked well to back-up my files and pictures. I recently bought another to serve as a redundant, off premises back-up. Easy to use and no problems so far.

I had to reformat this to work with a Macintosh computer, but once I did, it was surprisingly easy to use. I have had no problems with this hard drive, and it has been excellent for data storage.

5TB Easystore from WB is reliable, and the price cannot be beat! Ended up buying several of these, still the best deal around!

This thing Is able to store trillions of bytes in a small, quiet, and sleek package with a moderately attractive finish on top of a color that matches everything; the wife loves it for backing up her phone and there is still plenty of room for pirated movies - double win!

Plugged it into the laptop USB port & it showed right up. Like the size & it holds a lot of movies!

I have had good luck with WD through the years. 5TB is a lot of space and should meet my needs

Great external hard drive. As the name suggests, it is an easy way to store your files. I have a mac and had no issues (though I'm not using it for time machine). It automatically prompts you to install "NTFS for Mac" which prevents you from needing to reformat it. Definitely recommend.

The WD - Easystore External hard drives have always worked reliably for me. This is my second one, only because I needed more storage. And the price is right for my budget.
