It holds everything I need and work pretty smoothly

This big boy has lots of memory to add anywhere you need it. I've plugged it into my WD MyCloud unit to more than double it's memory capacity. Easy to use and a great value to boost my storage needs.

Works like it should. Good purchase. 5 TB is more than enough space to hold my stuff (pictures & documents). Western Digital drives have been good to me in the past and hopefully for the future.

works as expected, got it on sale to store my A/V collection and have it hooked up to a Plex server. No complaints so far. Got it on sale from BestBuy as deal of the day, so good value.

A 5TB passport hard drive may be more versatile, when carrying large volumes of memorable videos, as a substitute from uploading to public internet, regardless if privacy videos.

I used this for my xbox because we now have so many games downloaded and I didn't want to keep re-downloading other games because we ran out of hard drive. Fast transfers and easy install.

Great Value! 5 terabytes is more than enough space for storing all your digital photos. Bang for the buck — I believe this is the best external drive out there. I like the very compact size.

Prices on external storage have come down A LOT recently and this is an awesome unit at a great price. I use it to store photos and videos, as well as back-ups of my laptop data.

I have bought 3 or 4 of these throughout the years. Easy, simple hard drives with good performance and a great price/size ratio. When on sale for $90 or less, an easy pickup.

Does what it needs , external xbox storage , connected to xbox xs , for backward compatible games and non-xs games . Perfect !

Not a whole lot to say really. Its an external harddrive with 5TB of storage which is great for anyone working with photo or video content as you konw that footage will eat up storage space and fast! The one thing I found a little bit frustrating was when I plugged it in for the first time it wanted to install a WD software to mess with the harddrive. My experience may be skewed, but I couldn't write to the drive until I reformatted it which wasn't super simple to figure out using my Macbook. However once reformatted the drive works just like normal and expected. So my one complaint was that I couldn't just plug it in and go, I had to jump through a few hoops first. Otherwise it's been great so far!

I was able to find for half the price it normally is and I couldn’t turn down not buying it. It works good and is a good backup and storage space for everything I need to save.

Bought it for the PS5 to store games on. Works great. Small in size and was able to get it on sale. Plenty of storage space.

This comes with software you can install to manage your device and storage. The price for the storage size is great and it's easy to carry around. Not like some other bulky options.

Great size for the value, and very easy to use. Initially got this as a PS4 extra storage, and worked great there. Now using it with PS5, and required no additional formatting. Perfect for me.

Awesome storage capacity and for a decent price as well! It’s easy to use just plug and use and most importantly you get that satisfaction of knowing you will not run out of storage space.

This is the perfect physical size and does not require a separate power cord. I use it to back up my important data from my NAS once a week. (3-2-1 rule!) 5TB is enough to last me for a few years.

Product is and does as described. Easy hook up, very little effort. Lots of expanded storage for games. Super quite!
