The size is great and it’s really easy to hook up and Set Up. I love this WD. I would to get one for my daughter...and I think I will. This will make a FANTASTIC Christmas gift.

So far, so good! I needed to back up all my work and leisure files just in case and I already have 2 full 128 GB flash drives. This device is very stylish, doesn't feel cheap and has a nice silky touch. An important thing to know: you have to reformat this disk before using it! There are videos on youtube explaining how to do it. It is very easy for an average user, you don't have to be tech savvy. After that, you can drop any files to this drive seamlessly. It functions like a huge flash drive and should work with Mac and PC. The speed is good, not slow at all. Hope to use it for many years!

Easy-to-use more than enough space. Would very much recommend.

I'm using this to store data from my 2 telescopes when doing astrophotography. It has been flawless from day one, and 5TB will hold a lot of files when taking hundreds of images on any given night. It's fast enough for my needs, with files sent directly via WIFI from each telescope controller, as each raw sub exposure is taken. I would buy another if needed.

Great things come in small sizes. Great little 5 TB drive works without having to plug into a power outlet, just plug into your usb 3.0 drive.
