Great HDD, WD is the only drives I use for external storage. This works great with Samsung TV's. Currently using as a Media storage for my TV. This is drive is plenty Fast for anything you want to do.

GREAT external hard drive. I use it as a portable backup of my files while travelling. I like the 4 rubber bumps that protect it from vibrating itself to death

I have purchased a few of these the past few years and have never been disappointed. I back ip photos, data, and even extend the memory to my PlayStations.

Initially bought this to use it with my ps4 as it said it should have been compatible but turned out it wasn't but was able to use it with my video equipment and its still not full.

Very poor-from the delays in info from Best Buy on shipping to the way it was actually shipped, bouncing around inside a shipper box without ANY padding or protection (see pic).
On the drive, it is NOT PNP (at least in my case). Errors were given from their site when attempting to download the program, then the install did not work as described. It could not find the drive after several attempts and restarts.
I had to search their site for answers, then later having to contact customer service to be told they think it's a Windows issue. I notice quite a few people on their site had the same issue.
Do I really trust my backups to a company that cannot even provide reasonable software to begin?
I'll never buy another drive from Western Digital. Would I order from Best Buy again? Certainly not for any electronics, considering the way it was received.
